Lilliana Warren was a second year Gryffindor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She was a small child for her age with blonde hair and big blue eyes that despite her only being twelve years old seemed oddly haunted. It was a typical Friday at Hogwarts, Lilliana was sat in her potions class in a foul mood because she had just so happened to befriend the Weasley twins little sister in her first year at school.

They thought that since she was friends with Ginny they could automatically get away with pranking her with no consequences whatsoever. If you asked she would tell you that being friends with their sister should mean that she got immunity from their pranks but the Weasley twins didn't work like that. This time yesterday however she had managed to get them to agree to a truce with her but it seemed that Lee, their pranking buddy, had tricked them into another prank on her so she couldn't actually be too mad at them, it had just plummeted her already bad mood into the depths of hell.

Sighing to herself, she tried to concentrate on the potion that Professor Snape had written on the board for them to do today. The irony was that it was a confusing concoction and she was thoroughly confused. Lilliana looked at the empty cauldron in front of her before looking around to see how much time she had left. Unfortunately all she saw was everyone else's cauldrons already boiling at the temperature they should be and that everyone seemed to be at least half way through their potions. Sitting back in her seat she rested her head on her arms, not bothering to start knowing she wouldn't finish in time for the end of the lesson anyway. The worst part was she loved potions, and normally got good marks and by not doing todays potion it was hurt her overall final grade at the end of the year. Oh well she thought, it can be made up some other day.

"Miss Warren. Is there any reason you have failed to begin your potion?" Professor Snapes voice started her out of her snoozing, her head shot up to face him and she quietly whispered "fucks sake" under her breath. Apparently it was louder than she thought it was. "Curse again Miss Warren and I will be seeing you in detention."

Suddenly a big smile crossed her face. She wanted to leave the classroom and this would anger Professor Snape to the point of sending her out. She also knew he would probably make her do the potion in detention so it was a win-win situation. She heard someone whispered under their breath something like "oh god" but it didn't deter her.

"Fuck, shit, pussy, ass, motherfucking damn bitch," She said straight faced before picking up her bag and strolling towards the classroom door knowing he would send her out of them anyway. Probably to the Headmaster but she didn't care. It didn't escape her notice the various degrees of shock covering her classmates faces. Some were amused, others clearly feared for her life but she just laughed and continued on her way. She was headed to the Headmasters office anyway, he had requested her presence whenever she had some free time that day, although she didn't think this was quite what he meant. The bell rang to signal the end of class anyway as she was in the corridor outside the gargoyles.

Saying the password to the gargoyles, it was candy canes and she let out a little giggle saying it, she entered the staircase and knocked on the office door when she reached the top.

"Come in," she heard the Headmaster state. Entering the room she spotted the Headmaster at his desk, writing in documents looking rather stressed out. Although he had a rather amused look in his eye. "Ah, Miss Warren, didn't you just have Potions? You walk rather quick don't you?" He chuckled.

"Yes Sir, I definitely am not in trouble and I definitely walk quick!" Both of them knew she was lying. Lilliana didn't run if she couldn't help it, she hated running, and she always got into trouble.

"Well yes we shall see wont we. But no matter we can talk about that in a moment. I asked you to come here today because I believe I have found a suitable guardian for you."
