A few months had now passed after the boardwalk incident and now it was time for their graduation.
All the friends had their different opinions of Zaire who was now apparently there to stay as everyone at the school knew how serious he was about Becka.
However, Tyler was still a little sceptic as he still thought it was a show, Kaesann didn't know what to make of him, Payeton was growing fonder of him and Becka made him her plus one.
"Guys I can't believe we're still having a debate like this about Zaire?" Payeton said while gesturing with her hands.
"What? Did you honestly think he didn't mean to push Becka into the water?" Tyler said while shooting daggers with his eyes at Payeton.
"Tyler why do you always have something negative to say about Zaire? I already told you that it was an accident. It was my fault to startle him and because he acted so quickly, is the only reason why I am here today" Becka said while holding onto Tyler's arm.
Tyler used his hand to remove her hands immediately without saying another word or making eye contact with her.
"Tyler, Becka and Payeton have a point. I don't think it was intentional. Honestly, I wanted it to be intentional so our point could be proven that he is evil, but only an idiot would think he would hurt Becka on purpose" Kaesann said while making eye contact with him.
"Kaesann, I thought your head used to be on your body but apparently it was just temporary" Tyler said before walking off.
Kaesann felt heartbroken by Tyler's comment, but she wanted to at least believe that Zaire really loved Becka.
From the encounter she had with him at his apartment and the fact that he really confessed about their past to her. She now knew what Becka meant to him and what would happen to the person that tried to come between them.
Just then, Zaire was approaching them when he saw Tyler storming off.
"What's his problem?" he asked while gesturing with his hand.
"He's just jealous that you're........" Payeton tried to say.
However she stopped suddenly at Becka's signal for her to 'shh.'
"You know how Tyler is. It's hard to be friends with a group of girls" Becka said to joke around but it fell flat.
"Were you guys in the middle of something?" Zaire asked looking sceptic.
"No!" They all exclaimed in unison.
"Then it would be ok if I borrowed Becka for the day right?" he inquired while pulling Becka to his side.
Both Payeton and Kaesann shook their heads to give Zaire permission.
"Then that's settled. I will return her by the end of the day" he said as he held her hand and interlocked their fingers.
"So what are we going to do now?" Kaesann inquired as they both watched Zaire leaving with Becka.
"Find Tyler. There's no telling what he's going to do when he's upset" Payeton said.
They then searched all the places they knew he would be.
"I think if we split up we will be able to cover more grounds. Whoever finds him first should ring ok" Kaesann said while waving her phone.
They then went their separate ways.
"What are they doing?" Zaire inquired when he noticed both Kaesann and Payeton.
Becka chuckled.
"They are looking for Tyler" she said.
"Is he throwing a fit about us being together?" Zaire inquired.
