Chapter Seventeen

You agreed for letting your hybrids go to work for Yoongi.  Although, something in the back of your was mind telling you not to.  You sighed as both of them had already headed off to Yoongi's studio.  It has been two days since they brought it up, but now when you don't have work, you don't have anything to do.

You had already gone to the grocery, you had already cleaned, you already had dinner going.  Of course, you check on the food around every thirty minutes, since it does take around two hours to cook correctly.  

The recipe was taught to you by your mother that you don't see often anymore.  Homemade rotisserie chicken, sitting in a creamy chicken broth with vegetables with baked macaroni and homemade potato wedges you would make after the first hour of the chicken cooking.  You also didn't put the broth in with the chicken until the first hour was over, then let both sides soak for thirty minutes.

Anyways, that would mean that you have two hours almost until you get to see the hybrids again.  You sighed in boredom.  You decided to look up the hybrid transformation since you had thought about doing it for Taehyung.

You opened the computer and typed into the search bar.  You clicked on the first link, and it took you to a scientists' website that had many different things about hybrids.

Not everyone can be a hybrid.  Many have wondered about hybrids and transforming themselves into one for many years.  However, it is not easy or available to everyone.

First, you have to have a hybrid mate.  This is because the mate has to mark the human.  Hybrids trying to mark someone besides their mate only makes both parties sick, therefore is not something that is possible.

Second, you have to be on Scenery Island, also known as The Land of Hybrids.  This island is only accessible by hybrids and on special request, their mates (human).  Make sure this is something the hybrid wants to do as well since access can be quite difficult.

Finally, you have to mark (or get marked) under the full moon, on the highest mountain on the island, or it will not work.  Be aware of how much pain your body (or your partner's body) will be in during the transformation process.  Some bones will change and body shapes and sizes will change as well.

You sighed, knowing this would also be Taehyung's choice.  What if he didn't want you to be a hybrid?  What if he didn't want to mark you?  What if he doesn't like you as his mate?  Many thoughts were floating through your head until your phone went off.

You looked at the screen seeing Yoongi's name scrolling across the screen.  You immediately answered the phone.

"Hello?"  Yoongi's voice said, with a tad of static.

"Yes?  Is something wrong?"  you asked quickly.

"Not at all, but Jimin and Taehyung are on their way back,"  he said.

"Alright, thank you,"  you said.

"Of course,"  he replied, saying a quick "bye" and hanging up.

You sighed as you went to the kitchen to pour the broth in with the chicken, also starting to make the macaroni and putting both items into the oven.  As soon as you closed the oven back, you heard your door open, and two sets of feet walking in.

"Hey, Y/n,"  Taehyung said as he walked into the kitchen, the other feline following him.

"Hey, boys,"  you smiled.  "Did you have fun?"

Both boys nodded, beginning to talk about how fun it is helping Yoongi and how they're excited to go back in to help.
