Chapter Eight

"Anyways, I should get to work,"  you said.  "I hope they aren't a problem,"  you gestured to the two hybrids on the sofa.

"Of course not,"  Jin said,  "I have a hybrid of my own, so if I can help, I will gladly do so."

You smiled at Jin and went to sign in to the work computer and went to the second cash register.  Your coworker, Ash, was also working today.

"Hey Y/n!"  the brunet smiled.  "I saw the two hybrids back there," she said.

"Yeah, what about it?"  you glanced over.

"I'm assuming they are yours then?"  she tilted her head.  "You know, I have a hybrid too, maybe they can meet him?"

"Maybe,"  you nodded.  "I want to wait until the one heals and if he wants to come home with me and my tiger."

She nodded, understanding.

"What are their names?"

"Taehyung is the tiger and Jimin is the cat,"  you explained.  "What is your hybrid's name?"  you asked.

"Her name is Lisa, she's a dog hybrid,"  she said.

You hummed in response as someone walked into the fairly sized cafe.  They looked to be a cat hybrid, with black ears poking out of his mess of black hair.  Perhaps a panther?  He was wearing an entirely black outfit with a black collar.

"Hello!"  Ash greeted, earning a mumbled 'hello' in response.

Jin walked out of the kitchen with a tray of baked goods.

"Ah, Yoongi!"  he smiled as he places the tray on the counter in front of you.  "You're back!"

"Yeah..."  the hybrid mumbled.  "Hoseok is busy so I came here..."

"Well, are you just ordering or are you going to hang around here for a bit?"  Jin asked.

"Is there other hybrids here?"  Yoongi asked as he sniffed around.

"In the back," Jin pointed, causing the hybrid to quickly make his way to the staff lounge.

"Jimin?"  Yoongi asked.

"Yoongi?  What are you doing here?"  Jimin looked at him, questionably.

"I came to get a drink but I knew I smelt you."

"It's been a while,"  Jimin smiled slightly.

"Yeah, have you been adopted yet?"  Yoongi asked as he sat down next to him, Taehyung looking at the two in confusion.

"Um..."  Jimin started to sweat and fidget.  "Actually no...  But I do have someone in mind..."  He said.

"Who is it?"

"Well, if Y/n and Taehyung are able to..."  he started, nervously looking at you and your tiger hybrid.

"I'd like to go with them."  He finished.
