"We're playing a school dance? Sweet!" Reggie claimed with a smile as he looked at the flyer. He was obviously just grateful that they were going to have an actual gig.

"It's not exactly the Strip." Luke said.

"You're not exactly alive, dumbass." Annabelle said from beside Julie, helping her water the plants near the window. "Maybe you should just be happy you guys have your first gig."

"I wasn't in love with the idea at first, either, but it could be a great way for us to build a following, right?" Julie asked them as she placed her water can down. Annabelle did so too and the two girls then walked over to the boys.

"Yeah. Yeah. We need to play wherever we can, whenever we can." Reggie said with a bright smile. Annabelle loved that smile.

"No, you're right. Let's rock those kids' face off and then play the clubs." Luke nodded.

"And then record a single that gets a billion streams." Julie added.

"I don't know what that is, but hopefully it lands us a manager and a tour."

"And then we release a bunch of hit albums."

"Put out a country album that does surprisingly well!" Reggie earned odd looks from Julie, Luke and Annabelle. "I shred on the banjo so.."

"Then I'll learn how to fiddle." Julie smiled as she fist bumped Reggie.

"And before you know it we're being inducted into the Rock N' Roll of Fame!" Luke shouted.

"But one of us isn't there," Reggie said dramatically. "Because we had a blowout in 2032. My money's on Alex. He's just so sensitive."

"What are we waiting for?" Luke asked. "Let's get rehearsing!"

"Uh. . Where is Alex?"

Annabelle released a sigh. "Willie."

"Well, he's always away now so how about we just practice without him and then catch him up when he gets back?" Reggie asked. Luke and Julie nodded and they soon started practicing a song they named Finally Free.

After about an hour or so, Alex popped up in the garage. "Oh. Look who finally decided to show up," Annabelle called from her place in the loft, looking down at the group.

"Where have you been, man? We need to start practicing." Luke told him. "And get down from there, Annabelle."

Annabelle groaned in response.

"Yeah? For what?" Alex asked.

Just then Flynn came walking into the garage. "Dance news! I don't have a date. But I don't care because I'm so hyped to see you guys perform."

"Oh man we're playing a dance?" Alex asked.

"It's all y'all got!"

"Shut up, Belle!"

"Yeah, get with the program, Alex." Julie laughed.

"What?" Flynn asked. "The guys are here? Hey guys!" She smiled as she waved at the couch.

"Other way, sweetie." Julie told Flynn. She mumbled an oh then proceeded to wave the other side where the boys were. Alex and Reggie waved back, even if Flynn couldn't see it.

"Okay, well now that Alex has graced us with his presence, can we start working?" Luke asked. Annabelle then teleported so she was sitting beside Luke, leaning her back against the side of his chair. Luke looked down at her and placed his hand on her shoulder, Annabelle gently tapping the bracelets he had on before she took the black one and placed it on her wrist. Luke tutted, earning a laugh from Annabelle. Reggie looked at the two and pursed his lips, looking away and back at Julie.
