Chapter 4. First Mission Before dinner, Belladonna quickly left and made her way back to the market where she picked up a simple leather crossbody with leaves and vine engravings. She dropped the bag in her room before going down the stairs and to the dining hall.
She entered and saw that there were more Knights seated at the table where her and younger Silva siblings ate earlier. She walked to the table assuming that she was allowed to because of her status as a royal herself. Bella sat in the same spot as before but instead of Nebra sitting next to her it was Solid and across from him was where Nebra was. Captain Nozel also sat at the head of the table with his siblings and at the opposite end is where the Silver Eagle's Vice Captain sat with other high ranked Silver Eagles.
"Oh Belladonna we were just going to send a servant for you." Nebra said, "Oh no need, time almost got away from me that's all." She responded, Nebra nodded and smiled. She noticed that everyone had already gotten food, but this time instead of it being set up at a separate table it was all set up going up and down the middle of the table.
At her seat there was already a serving of what looked and smelled like tomato soup and on a small plate next to the bowl was two slices of fresh bread. She reached for the tongs and served her self a small piece of beef and scooped some mashed potatoes onto her plate.
Belladonna sat silently as everyone around her talked, she had no one to speak to except for Nebra and Solid but they were busy listening to what their brother was whispering about. She ate her food and watched the Captain's lips trying to read them. But after sometime she gave up and looked back at her food and ate.
Once their whispering session was over she got Solid's attention, "Solid senpai." She spoke softly to keep their conversation private. "Yes?" he said and leaned his his down slightly with a soft smirk, "May I ask you a question?" he nodded so Bella continued, "What was your first mission like?" Solid smiled at her but his eyes looked surprised.
"I'm sorry but I'm not allowed to discuss such matters with someone who hasn't even had their first mission yet, but I'm curious.. why do you ask?"
"Hm..no reason, just curious." Bella nodded and smiled. Little to her knowledge Nozel was watching her little exchange with his brother.
"Hmm. How strange, she's quite sharp for someone still so young." He thought.
Belladonna felt eyes glaring at her so she turned to them and was met by the purple eyes of her captain, her eyes widened slightly but it was unnoticeable. She smiled softly and bowed her head to acknowledge him, but he simply held eye contact for a few more seconds before sharply looking away; with no expression readable to Belladonna.
She smirked, "I'm onto you. Captain."

Belladonna had awoken an hour early and showered and got dressed for her mission. She wore a simple long sleeve mini black dress with a diamond cut chest window exposing her skin and slight cleavage but she was unfazed since her squad robe will cover the spot anyways, and under the dress she wore sheer blue stockings and paired some simple black ankle heel boots.
