Part 8: More trouble

"Now that's something totally unexpected." Kesley said while running and tripped on one of the stones. "Hey watch you step" Kyla said while helping Kesley to get on her feet.They got into the car,which Kyla had luckily parked a bit away from their camping site. "The fuel's low!I have no idea how far we can go with this".

"Atleast somewhere, where the air's not stinking of rotten flesh."Kesley replied,securing the seatbelt safely around her as if her life depended on it.Well sure enough, owing to the harsh speedy driving Kyla did until it stopped, giving a few jerks before finally coming to a hault.

"Same state,different place"Kyla said resting her head on the steering wheel. 

"You are effortlessly funny kyy" Kesley said while letting out a soft chuckle. "Anyways I liked that nickname."

"We got no time to worry about nicknames right now!!"Kyla whisper shouted.

Like all the other times of despair they were again surrounded by silence which was mocking the terrible state it always found them in.

After a few minutes Kyla sighed, "God they have Alisa with them!!"

"Don't tell me all this while it was only her,about whom you were thinking of!!! Alisa,alisa,alisa that's what you have been chanting all this time.Can you just stop worrying about her and think about others for a change.What we saw was terrific, Rose and her father were also there and we don't even know why?!!"

"What do you mean??I am concerned about everyone out there.Just because I am worried about my sister doesn't classify me as selfish!"Kyla shooted back.

"Ughh..now are we going to fight when we already have so much to think about?!"Kesley responded in an attempt to control her overflowing anger.

"Where is it.......oh no please no god"Kyla said panicking.

"Where's what?Now the only thing bad that could happen is you losing your necklace."Kesley said swaying her hands in the air as if pushing away the possibility.

"And....guess what,you are right"Kyla said while scooting under the car.

"What are you doing?Searching for your brain?"Kesley chuckled.

"Shut up and help me to find it ,am not kidding,I have lost it for real!!"Kyla shouted from under the car.

Closing her eyes, Kesley stood there for some time until she broke down sobbing.She was crying her eyes out while keeping her head low on her knees.She was clutching the grasses with her hands letting out all her emotions at once.

"Not gonna lie but shouldn't be I the one doing what you are, right now?"Kyla playfully said while kneeling down to Kesley's level.

"No time for jokes and nicknames,remember?"Kesley said as she let out a small smile between her sobs. "I remember you taking off your necklace before we went to sleep...and most probably they have it with them now."

"Ohh why am I so stupid?! I know it was the only thing on our side but don't worry i don't think that they would even know how it works."Kyla replied being unable to hide the doubtful tone her words had.

"There are so many questions!Why was Rose and her father there??He said they were going somewhere safe but all we found them with was a mob of zombies.Rose had an altoghether different tone..they all didn't seem to be a zombies...but kind of their..."

"LEADERS.."Kyla completed."But whatever it was...why didn't they follow us?They didn't even try!!"

"For the hundreth time,my brain cells are dying."Kesley said while leaning on to a tree.

"Where are we going to live now?No supplies..no tent..no food.....nothing...just a HOUSE???"

"Have you started hallucinating now?"Kesley said almost dropping on to the ground."Am sleeping with the leaves."

"You dumb girl,there's a house here,look behind those trees."Kyla said while pointing in the direction.

"Oh yess!!you got some eagle eyes KYYY"

"God you need rest,you know its serious when you start getting high on oxygen!"Kyla sighed while pulling Kesley towards the clearing.

"Do you think someone even lives here..."Kesley asked,keeping close to Kyla.

"Do we have any other option than to check?"Kyla said while knocking on the door.

No reply.Rounds of knocking and still no reply.

"You'll end up creating music haha"Kesley joked but stopped as Kyla gave her a glare.

They were about to turn away when the door opened, revealing.....

Thats all haha,sorry for leaving you all on a cliffhanger. But any guesses??

Okay so first of all thank you so very much!!!This story has crossed 200 views and I can't be happier.I was inactive for awhile but I will try to be regular from now onwards.I was busy today but still since I had said to post this part by today I am finally doing it though i wanted it to be a bit longer.No worries,because the next part is an interesting one.

ALSO ONE IMPORTANT QUESTION

ARE YOU GUYS ENJOYING THIS STORY OR IS IT BECOMING MONOTONOUS??I STARTED IT VERY RANDOMLY AND DIDN'T HAVE A PROPER STORYLINE AT THE FIRST PLACE.I AM KIND OF LOSING INTEREST RIGHT NOW BECAUSE NOT MANY PEOPLE ARE READING IT AND THE LAST PART HAS SOMEWHAT LESS VIEWS WHICH MAKES ME THINK THAT THE STORY IS LOSING THE INTERESTING ESSENCE IT HAD.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME HONESTLY IF YOU WANT ME TO CONTINUE OR SHOULD I JUST END IT UP IN THE NEXT FEW PARTS???
