Chapter eleven

Levi's POV

Me and Erwin were walking down his office. My heart was pounding fast. How could we not notice this? That someone was following us the whole time! And that betrayer...Petra, can't believe she was part of this too.
Erwin open the door with his key and went in. I closed the door behind me and lay my back on it.
Erwin:"Sit."
I sigh deeply and went to sit on a chair in front of his desk.
Levi:"What is it."
Erwin crossed both his hands together, setting his elbows on top of the table. His gaze turned into disappointment and looked at me.
Erwin:"Did you really thought you were going to get away from this?"
Levi:"I don't know what you are talking about, Erwin."
Erwin:"I'm not an idiot you can fool around, Levi. I know what is going on between you and Y/N."
Levi:"Erwin, I-"
Erwin:"I don't want to hear your excuses. Levi, you either end things with Y/N and refuse your feelings for her and the roles as a captain will be remained. If you refuse, you're role will be taken away and become a scout from the Military Police. You choose, and I better hear what I want to hear."

My heart was pounding more faster at his response. I can't refuse my feelings towards Y/N, but I can't refuse my role as a captain. Ugh! I don't know what to do! I love Y/N with all my heart, but my role is important too. I said no one can separate me and Y/N, but I said it because I was not in this situation like I am right now. It's easy to blurt out words when you're not in the moment. But now, is it a difficult decision to make. I sigh and my eyes frowned at him.
Levi:"I'll refuse my feelings for Y/N."
Erwin nodded in satisfaction.
Erwin:"Good, now you have to follow the orders I'm going to give you. But before that stay here, I need to talk to Y/N."
I nodded and sat there speechless.
Erwin made his way to the door and head out to my room where Y/N is.
My hands gripped my hair tightly and threw the books that were on Erwin's desk.
Levi:"Shit..."

Y/N's POV

I was sitting down still in Levi's bed fidgeting my fingers in nervousness. I wonder how the conversation is going between Levi and Erwin. As I was in my own thoughts, a knock on the door was heard.
Y/N:"You can come in, Levi." I said with a smile expecting it to be Levi.
The door slowly open and it was not Levi, it was Erwin. My smile faded away slowly and looked back down.
Y/N:"I'm sorry, I thought you were-"
Erwin:"I don't want to hear it, I need to talk to you."
My mind went blank for a moment after hearing the way Erwin talked to me. His voice sounded so upset and disappointed at the same time. I wonder if he talked with the same tone to Levi.
Erwin:"So, Petra told you and Levi everything. I've been seeing yours and Levi's behavior since day one. I know what is going up with you guys and it needs to end now."
Y/N:"Commander Erwin I-"
Erwin:"Did I order for you to talk?"
I lowered my head and shake my head to the left and right slowly.
Y/N:"No sir, I'm sorry."
Erwin:"You have two options, if you want to stay you'll have to forget your feelings for Levi. If you refuse, you will no longer be a scout and can never join back again."
This options were the biggest and fearful decisions I have ever made in my life. Two options that I want to say no too. But if I do, I'll no longer be accepted back in as a scout for breaking a rule. I'm in love with Levi, I can not refuse this feelings. But, I don't want  to quit being on the a scout, I have not even made it yet to the Survey Corps. I clenched my hands into a fist, my nails digging inside my palm skin. My eyes went to his eyes and made my final decision.
Y/N:"I'll forget my feelings towards Levi, sir."
Erwin nodded his head and puts his right hand on the door handle.
Erwin:"Good decision" as he said that he left Levi's room and closed the door.
My eyes got teary as I look down at the floor. I can't believe I choose the Survey Corps instead of my love for Levi. My thoughts were killing me, what if Levi choose his role as a captain instead of me. I wiped my tears as someone came in the room without notice.
Hange:"Hi Y/N, how are you doing?" she asked worried.
Y/N:"I'm fine."
Hange:"Erwin made an order for me to transfer you to another room."
I nodded and tried to get up but Hange put my hand on my shoulder.
Hange:"Don't move, Jean will come to pick you up."
Y/N:"I said I'm fine." I shoved her hand away from my shoulder and stood up.
Hange just stood there surprised by the sudden action I made. No one has seen me this upset, but the fact that I can't get Levi and Erwin out of my head is killing me slowly.
I was walking down the hallway and saw Jean running towards me.
Jean:"Y/N! What are you doing up?!" he said while grabbing my hand.
I removed my hand before he even touched it, he looked at me confused.
Jean:"What's wrong?" he asked
Y/N:"Nothing of your concern, stop worrying about me all the time."
I shoved Jean and kept walking, Erwin was in front of a door. I guess that is my temporary room for now until I get better.
I did not made eye contact with him at all, I wanted to punch him in the face. But that will only cause more problems. My gaze went to the door handle, I opened it and closed the door harshly.
I leaned towards the door my back facing the door, my legs felt weak, my body fell to the ground softly as I hugged my knees.
My love for Levi was endlessly, I could not bare this pain. What is going to happen between us? What if he stops loving me? No, I don't think he would do such thing...he is the only person I have.
Petra will pay for this, she caused all of this pain. Me and Levi were in such good condition until she got in the way.

Y/N:"I love you, Levi. I don't want to forget you, never."
