ok so this is kinda just short

Step 1
Lay in your bed and imagine yourself melting into your bed (any position you're comfortable with, better if your limbs don't touch).

Step 2
As you imagine yourself melting, imagine your bed in your DR and imagine yourself slowly appearing on the bed.

Step 3
Once you see yourself in your bed in your DR, say some affirmations if you're comfortable.

Step 4
Once you're sure, you could sleep or open your eyes and be in your DR.
