"It's snowing quite a lot out there!" Chris said warningly, I nodded slightly, not looking up from my computer.
"Don't you care that we could die!" Chris asked dramatically. I looked up at him slowly, then with no warning, I began throwing pillows and screaming.
"Ahhhhhhh! Oh no! Chris what are we going to do! It's a blizzard we'll be stuck here for weeks!" I screeched, as Chris folded his arms and smirked at my over-exaggeration.
"You done?" He asked.
"Well, you wanted me to be dramatic obviously."
"You're going to get snowed in," Chris observed looking out the window.
"Dude, I have slept here before, I have stuff here, unless you're kicking me out we don't have a problem."
"No...." he trailed off. "No, I'm not."
"Well good," I said turning back to the computer screen. A few moments passed then Chris plopped down beside me.
"You know we could be snowed in for days," Chris nudged me.
"Okay, do you have a concussion or something?" I asked jokingly. "Because you're repeating yourself quite a bit."
"What if we were stuck here for a week!" He said after a moment.
"That'd be pretty bad, I mean you're low on food," I laughed.
"No, like what if we were stuck in here for super long, what if we had to rebuild society!" Chris said laughing.
"Okay well," I said finally giving him my full attention. "Who are our choices?"
"Well, you can have me obviously, jack, dean, PJ-"
"How about your grumpy neighbor Mr.Decker?" I asked.
"Why?" Asked Chris quizzically.
"Because I definitely pick him to repopulate the earth with," I said straight-faced. Chris threw his head back laughing, and tossed a pillow in my direction.
"Okay okay," I said after we'd laughed a bit, "so I wouldn't pick him."
"Alright, then who?" Chris asked moving slightly closer.
"I think," I heated up as I noticed how close and beautiful his face was.
"I think I'd choose you," I mumbled. Chris was even nearer now, we were only inches away.
"Yeah?" He asked with a mixture of pride and surprise.
"Yeah I would," I whispered, and then I placed my hands on the back of his neck, pulling him closer. I kissed him gently, and his soft lips made me feel warm and safe.
"Wow, I wasn't talking about right now," he giggled. "We don't actually need to repopulate right now."
"Shut up you," I chuckled, pulling him in for another kiss.
