"so, tell me your reason" she said and took a sip on her coffee, i let out a sigh. She took me on a coffee shop for us to talk, i'm still embarrassed.
"that man Sangwoo, i met him on a blind date a year ago. He said that if we met again and i'm still single, he would court me and i don't want that to happen" i said, i think i have a headache. Siyeon hummed, "you went on a blind date?" she asked, i looked at her with confusion on my face. "so what if i did? do you even care?" i asked her back, she chuckled and put down her cup then faced me.
"i don't know, maybe yes" she said and stood up, i let out a sigh and all of sudden she offered her hand. I looked up at her, "let's go" she said, i blinked a few times and stood up on my own. I went out on that coffee shop but before i did, i heard her chuckle. She's crazy.
"i'll take you home" she said, i nodded because i don't have a choice. She also saved me earlier so, i shouldn't let my pride control me. We went inside her car and she immediately drive. The sky is getting dark and i bet Yoohyeon and Handong are already home from work.
"slow down.." i said when i noticed that she's starting to drive a little bit faster on the road, she didn't listen and even speed up. My hands began to tremble as i held my seatbelt tigjt, i don't want to die yet. "sorry for driving this fast Sua, i still have a band performance later at 7:30 so i should hurry" she said while her eyes are well focused on the road, i let out a sigh, "just be careful, for pete's sake Lee Siyeon!" i said and i saw her smile. It took half an hour when we reached our house, i quickly went outside the car and had some fresh air. I panted, i felt so anxious, i thought i would die. She's so careless..
Siyeon went outside the car and went closer to me, she rubbed my back as i panted. She didn't say earlier that she still has a vand performance later, i should've ride a taxi to go home. She just wasted half of her time being with me. "i'm really sorry Sua, it will never happen again" she said, i stand up straight and let out a deep breath then faced her.
"it's fine, i understand. you should go now" i said, she nodded and smiled. She waved her hand and i made my way to enter the door, she was about to enter the car but i stopped her by calling her name. She looked at me with still that smile, "thanks for saving me today" i said and bowed, she chuckled and gave me a thumbs up, "it's nothing, have a goodnight" she said then went inside the car then drive. I didn't notice that i was smiling as soon as she left, i slapped myself a bit and went inside the house.
I smiled.. this doesn't feels right. Oh please no, i don't want that moment to happen again. I don't want to be a fool again, that sucks. I almost gave my all while she clowned me. So no, i will never ever be that Sua who's so selfless and stupid. periodt.
