Chapter 6-Bubblegum

Patricia is buying gum at the candy shop. She sees different kinds of perspective colors and several kinds of tasty looking gum flavors. She puts everything at the bag and head to the counter to pay for it.

"That will be $5,000 young lady." The cashier said.

"Okay." She gets her wallet to pay the price but, she only has $900 on her bag, "Sorry mam, I'm low of cash."

"If you have low money. Then, please put back the ones that you got in the store."

"Okay." She puts the things and the materials that she got back at the containers before heading back to the counter to pay for it.

Patricia has now $300 on her wallet so all she has to do is to save up by doing something at the house like the chores and the help of parent's need.

She arrives home on time where her father asks her to wash the dishes. She goes to the kitchen and she sees several dishes on the sink. She eats one of her bubblegum on her paper bag then, place it on the table before she can do wash the dishes.

Her father checks the dishes after she had placed all the dishes at the dish rack. He also smell bubblegum on his nose stiff. He moves forward to check the plates if any of them has rust or dirt onto them.

Patricia is chewing her bubblegum at her room. She makes a huge balloon when she try to blow it. When the balloon exploded the whole room has been surrounded by gum. This will cause her mother to hear in exclamation.

"Patricia," Megumi said questioning, "What's all about this?"

"Mom," Patricia replied in sweat and anxious, "I'm sorry about what I did to my room. So do I have to clean it."

"Yes. It's your responsible for the mess."

"Okay." She stands up on her bed before replying back to her mother, "What material should I use to clean the gum."

"If it's a gum. Then, you have to use the mop. It's in the storage area."

"Okay." She gets the mop on the storage room before she can mop the floor that has been surrounded by gum.

After she had mopped the floor, she removes the gum that had been sticked on the walls using a branch sticks that she got on the tree at the park.

When her room is in complete clean, her father has been called because he sees some of the gum sticking on the plate and he doesn't like it. She has to reclean the dishes that has a gum stuck onto them.

After she has done all the dishes. She tells her father that she can go out at the park. But, he tells her that he has to inspect the dishes that she just clean at the dish rack.

So as a result. She needs to reclean the dishes that she just cleaned before because she is chewing her bubblegum while doing this task.

When she is done with her dishes once more but, this time no bubblegum. He tells her father that she's finished.

When her father checks the dishes at the dish racks he smiled at her and asks her that she can now go out and have fun.

She first goes to her room to get the gum pack at the top of the bed before she can go out of the house and head to the park.

When she's at the park. She gets one gum at the time at her paper bag before she can chew it on her mouth.

Carrie and Jacquai sees Patricia seating at the bench just staring at the beautiful view at the park.

"Hi Patricia," Carrie said after she seats beside her on the left side while their sister sit on the right side of the bench, "What'ya eating?"

"Bubblegum." Patricia replied happily.

"Wow. Can I have some?" She requests her a bubblegum.

"Me too." Her sister does the same too.

"Sure." She hands the bubblegum to Carrie and Jacquai then, they put it on their mouth and begin chewing.

The girls made a giant bubblegum out of their mouth causing the park to become chaos and a mess. The officer tells them to take the community service until the park is completely clean. So as of now. They must be able to learn their lesson.
