Chapter 38-Itchy! Chicken Pox!

Jacquai is sitting on the sofa alone watching her own favorite television show because she is worried about her sister. She has Chicken Pox.

"Mom," Jacquai said worrying, "Can I play with my sister now?"

"Not yet Jacquai," Madison replied, "Your sister has still Chicken Pox."

"Then, when will I be able to play with my sister?"

"I don't know. It depends on how the chicken pox got away."

"Okay."

"I'll go check your sister on how's she's doing." She heads upstair to check Carrie's status.

Inside the room. Carrie is scratching her butt around and around with nonstop until her mother asks her to stop scratching.

"Is everything alright," Madison entering the room, "Carrie?"

"No," Carrie replied scratching while going around in circles, "It won't stop getting the itchy."

"I know Carrie. But, you have to take control of yourself. It's important that the pox must get away for immediately or things will get worse."

"Yeah. But," Carrie replied back to her mother but, she sense that there is something to scratch around her body, "I can't stop scratching." She continues to scratch in nonstop.

"It's alright Carrie. You need to take control yourself."

"Yeah. I'll try my best."

"Okay. If that's the case. Then, better stop scratching."

"Yeah." She sense something around her body causing for her to scratch but, she did not do the deed.

"So do you want to get your favorite snacks?"

"Sure."

"Then, just wait here. I'll get it for you." She leaves the room then, heads to the fridge to get her favorite snack.

While waiting for her mother to get her favorite snack. She continues to scratch her body because she sense something itchy.

When her mother is putting her favorite food on the tray. Jacquai talks to her about her sister's status.

"So," Jacquai said questioning, "How's my sister doing?"

"Well... If you can see..." Her mother replied, "She still have the chicken pox."

"You mean. She still have the chicken pox."

"Yes, there is still chicken pox. And don't worry about her. She will be fine tomorrow."

"Are you sure."

"Yes, trust me. I'm going to bring her favorite snacks onto her room. Just stay on the living room and watch your favorite shows." She brings the food to Carrie.

"Okay." She heads back to the living room to continue watching television.

"Carrie," Madison opening the door, "Are you not scratching?"

"I'm not suppose to scratch but," Carrie replied trying her best not to scratch but, failed, "I can't help myself."

"Then, don't give up. You'll get there." She places the table in-front of her.

"Okay."

"Then, just call me on the phone if you need something." She leaves the room to do her own thing.

"Okay."

Later that night. Jacquai feels worried about her sister because she is still having chicken pox but, her parents asks her to be patient. So she eats her food all by herself and wait for tomorrow. The next morning. Jacquai goes to the dining table all by herself to eat her own breakfast. While doing this. She hear noises coming down the stairs. It's Carrie. She's doing fine now. She smiled for joy and eat breakfast together before they do the same thing on watching television.
