3. Unbelievable

Tony pov:
So my dad and I were walking through the city for a bit when this stuff happend.
He looked at me.
"Are you sure you're okay?"
"Yea sure..."
"Liar."
I looked at him.
"What about the fact that you lied to the others about my powers, which I don't have!"
"Okay I messed up. I know."
"You were ashamed of me. Of a kid without powers."
"What? No!"
"Now you're lying."
My dad sighed.
"Look, I just didn't care that you didn't have powers. Because I love you for who you are."
"Are you reading that from your hand?"
"Yes..."
"Dad!?"
"I'm sorry. Your mom was always the heart to heart talker!"
I sighed.
"Just leave me alone."
"Tony-"
"No. Screw you, you're the worst dad ever!" and I ran off.
I saw in the corner of my eye that he was hurt, but so was I.

I might've ended up by the Avengers building...
"Tony? What are you doing here on your own?" Scarlet Witch asked.
"Long story short... My dad and I got in a fight and I ran off."
She motioned me to come in and I did.
"What even happend?"
"Stuff because of the fact that my dad and I won't be able to continue without mom..."

So the others were also suprised to see me there, alone.
"What's going on?" old Captain America asked.
"Kid, are you okay?" Antman asked.
Then a phone rang, it was mine.
My dad called and I looked at the others for a second before I walked away so I could answer the phone.
"Tony, where the hell are you?!" my dad yelled.
"By the avengers..."
"How did you got there so fast?"
"One of mr. Starks gadgets I might've taken when we were here last time."
"You stole?! Are you out of your mind?!"
"Says the guy who needed notes to calm his own son down!"
"Damn..." Rocket said and I sighed.
"I guess we really need mom a lot..." I muttered and I heared that my dad sighed too.
"Come home, okay?"
"Yea about that..."
"That thing only worked once, didn't it?"
"Yea..."
"I'll be on my way to pick you up, but please. Never run off again."
"Yea."
The avengers looked at me.
"Sounds like someone is in trouble..." Quill said and Gamora gave him a soft punch to his shoulder.
"Don't be such a jerk."
"Hey mom, dad I-" a girl said who just walked in.
Everyone looked at her.
"Crap..." she muttered and Quill and Gamora seemed busted.
"You two have a daughter?" Drax said.
"Why have you been keeping that a secret?" Thor asked.
"I am groot." Groot said.
"Yea what he said!" Rocket said.
The girl seemed a bit uncomfortable and I looked at her.
"If you want to escape from this, you might want to follow me." I whispered and the two of us went outside while the others were still arguing.

"So, what's your name?" I asked after we sat down by the lake.
"Grace. You're Tony, right?"
"Yea."
"Well at least your parents didn't try to keep you a secret."
"Well kind off. I mena they kept it a secret that I didn't have any powers."
"I guess we both are kids of parents who'd try to keep the truth hiden."
"Yea I guess..."
I sighed.

"Do you think they kept it a secret because they're ashamed of us?"
"My dad used the excuse of protection."
I scoffed.
"Yea right."
"Mabey in your case that would be true, you have no powers yet both of your parents are heroes."
"Were. My mom's dead..."
"Right... I'm so sorry."
"It's fine... Don't worry about it..."
She took my hand.
"Well even without powers, you're a hero. I mean you just saved me."
"That was nothing."
"Oh please, my dad would've been so mad."
"And he is." a voice said and the two of us got up quickly, yea Grace let go of my hand too.
"Dad! I-"
"Shut it Grace! You knew that we didn't want the others to know about your excitence because of your safety!"
"Quill that's enough yelling at your daughter." a voice said and i saw my dad walking to us.
"Dad!" I said.
"At least you've got a good one." Grace said befre she followed Quill bacl to the others.
I looked at her and she sighed.
"Perhaps I'll see you around." she said.
