It's raining this morning matching the mood of how everyone feels these days. My mother always loved the rain, every time it rains she's all I think about now. I've never been a believer of god but the sky elements have always had a significance to me, rain, clouds, space, air, stars, etc.

I think it's moods and actions are how the universe or our loved ones communicate with us.

I put on my favorite pair of joggers and a baggy grey sweater. Slipping on my air forces my outfit is on. Today I put my hair up in two space buns with some hair down curling my two front strands.

Trevor told me he'd take me to school today so I quickly run over to his house, his mother opens the door for me.

"Would you like some breakfast before you head to school dear?" she asks me.

"Um I could use a water bottle please," I smile. She nods going to the fridge.

"Aww mom the last bottle is for me," Trevor says skipping down the stairs.

"Ohh well then I can wai-"

"I'm kidding dork I have some in my car," he laughs as I feel slightly embarrassed.

"You sure you don't want any food hun?"

"No I'm okay, i don't need any today," I reply.

Trevor gets his car keys looking at my stomach, "yeah you don't."

I gasp loudly hitting him on the head and he runs out the door, "asshole!"

The drive is slow but soothing, I've always loved the area of new york I live in. Everyone running to get places, and tourists enjoying the city.

"Are you gonna tell me what happened between you and Kio?"

I roll my eyes at the question but answer anyways, "What time?"

Trevor lowers down the radio, "Yesterday, you two were getting at it outside."

"Ew don't say getting at it," I laugh, "we just had a disagreement that's all." He nods and stays silent the rest of the drive.

When we pull in the parking lot he turns but doesn't open the door.

"Is there something wrong Trev?"

"Look you don't have to lie to me but I do know you were with Sarah the other night, your eyes told it all. Chances are you saw Kris too, after all she does live with her."

I raise my head up to meet his eyes, I forgot he knows everything about kris. He's the one who sent the letter so of course he'd know where to send it.

"Emma, did you?"

"Yes I did. She's very ill, she tried to attack me and she's very overly suspicious. Another thing, she's not reading your letters, have you heard from her at all?"

"No .. I haven't, now i know why. Why did you lie?"

"Sarah is out in hiding right now, i don't know what for exactly but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with you. She just doesn't want to get hurt that's all."
