(Ryujin's Pov:)I sat there as the teacher announces the students names one by one. The room was filled with faint whispers as they gossiped silently. I looked over to my friends and saw them waiting patiently to be called.
I sighed, not liking the idea of interacting with different people, it was tiresome. I glanced at the open window, the outside was empty probably because its class hours. I bent my head down, boredom hitting me.
'When is this gonna end..'
"Choi Lia?" My ears perked up when that beautiful name was mentioned.
"Oh thats me!" Her voice chimed in. Smoothly making its way inside my ears. I finally raised my head and saw her fixing her things before standing up. I watched as she went infront. My eyes followed her as she sat, making herself comfortable.
Unconsciously, i caressed my palm, remembering the feeling of her soft hand in mine, i could still feel the tingles from time to time.
'After years, i got to hold her hand again...'
I let out a shaky breath and lifted my chin up. Lia was staring out of nothing, her lips pouting as she thinked deeply in thought.
'Cute..' This has been her habit since we were
kids.'She's still the same...' I smiled as I gazed at her, but it soon turned into a frown when someone blocked my view. I raised my brows in annoyance.
'Who is this..' The person finally sits down and all i could see was annoying blue hair covering half of lia's face.
'Can this guy move away..' I stated in frustration. Not long i see him slowly leaning towards lia. Uneasiness was evident on her face.
Immediately, i could feel my blood boil from the sight. 'Get away from her..'
I tightly gripped the tables legs, a slight crack could be heard, but i was too busy trying to control my anger to notice. I breathed in deeply but the anger still lingers.
I held on to it as i tried to calm myself.
'Calm down..' I closed my eyes, i knew it was blazing red and i cannot afford anyone to see. I tried zoning out everything and focused on the sounds of my breaths.
I was on the verge of breaking the table when i felt a hand touch my shoulder, successfully pulling me back to reality.
I immediately opened my eyes and saw everything was the same. I turned beside me to see soojin with a worried expression.
"Are you okay ryujin?" She stared at my hand that gripped the table. Quickly, I pulled it away and settled it on my lap.
I cleared my throat and nodded.
"Yeah..im fine." Soojin slowly nods while looking at me skeptically, as if she knew. I groaned silently.
'Ofcourse she knows.'
"Anyways Ms. Im called both of our names. We'll be on group two." My heart jumped hearing that.
"Gr—"
"Yeah lia's group." She looks at me teasingly.
I huffed and slumped down my sit. Already regretting telling them about her.She simply chuckles at me and tugs my arm up.
"Now come on. Don't be such a headache. I know you want to be with her." She didn't wait for my answer and started dragging me. I grabbed my bag along as we approached our group's table. In the corner of my eyes, lia was talking to that unknown guy while smiling. Witnessing that, i could something tug on my heart.
