When I came downstairs for breakfast everyone was staring at me. Matt was the first to speak up. "I told you so princess." I scoffed. "Whatever Matt."
"Well somebody's grumpy today." Mom said while looking at me with a smile. My mom is a very kind person, she is always there for me and she helps me calm down. I have a quick temper, and she always knew what to say.
"I'm sorry mom, I was woken up in the best way possible." I said sarcastically while looking at Michael.
"I'm sorry Mads, you know I love pranking you." Michael said. Him, Maxi and mom had the same nickname for me 'Mads'. I actually really like it, I loved that only Matt and dad called me princess. Hm, thinking of dad I wonder, where is he?
"Hey mom where is dad?" I asked.
"Oh, just a business emergency, Mads. He might not be able to make it today." Said mom while rubbing her hand in my back. My dad works in the Ministry of Magic, he has a very powerful position. He has a lot of meetings and things to do. However, he is always making time for us.
"Oh, okay" I said while I began eating my breakfast.
I finished eating breakfast so I went to get ready. I really liked my clothes today. It was a navy blue and fancy button up shirt. I paired it with black pants and black sandals. I also put my brown hair into a low ponytail.

I went downstairs and started reading a book while everyone was getting ready. I really love to read, but especially romance novels. I have read plenty of them, all from the muggle world. Even though I'm pure-blood, I know lots of stuff. We visit the muggle world once a year.
"Is everybody ready?" Asked mom while looking at us.
"Yes mom, now can we please go!"
Everybody was well dressed, I loved it. But then I remembered where we're going and thought that we were a little bit overdressed.
"Oh my Merlin, Maxi, wait a second." I said while rolling my eyes.
"Okay, okay let's not fight. Now everybody hold hands." Mom said.
We all held hands while we apparated to Diagon Alley. Mom was the only one allowed to apparate. Students under the age of seventeen couldn't use magic outside school.
I really like apparating, some find it horrible because of the nausea, but I've always found it interesting.
I opened my eyes and we were standing in front of millions of shops. It look endlessly. It was everything I always imagined.
"Well since Matt and Mike have been here before, you guys go get the books you need while I stay with the twins okay?" Said mom while handing money to my brothers.
"Yeah sure." Said Michael.
"Don't spend the money on sweets okay?, we have plenty at home.", said mom while smiling. One time Michael spent money on sweets instead of buying his books, mom wasn't mad, she was rather amused.
