Chapter 2
Teagans POV:
I grab the rest of my books as the final bell rings. I get out of class and rush to my locker. I hurry and grab my school and work bag making sure not to let anyone see my bags because if they found out where I worked I would never hear the end of it.
I speed walk around the corner and crash into somebody. I bend down to gather my things, and look up to see a very cute boy.
"Wow I'm so sorry I didn't see you there." He smiles at me while I just stare at his gorgeousness.
" Hi I'm Teagan" I introduce my self not knowing what else to say. "Cameron" he nods. " So where were you going that you were going so fast" he laughs. I have to lie otherwise he'll think I'm a loser, if he found out where I was really going.
"I'm late for my ride" was all I could think of, he looks at me giving me a warming smile
"I could drive you."He grins, Shit.
"Um no it's fine I think there just outside." I lie knowing no one is there to pick me up."Oh well if you ever need me you know where to find me" he nods proud.
"Do I?" I ask curiously because hey he's cute."Here let me see your hand" he says. I give him a questioning look "just do it" Cam chuckles. I stick my hand out and he grabs it giving me butterflies in my stomach.
He takes out a pen and writes his number down on his hand.
"Now when you need me you know where to find me" he says again more assertive."Wow it must be an honor to have your number" I laugh sarcastically.
"It sure is" he winks and walks away reminding me I have to go to work.Shit I hope I'm not late. I sprint out of the school and down the street as fast as I can to my uncles mechanic shop. I quickly change and rush out to the garage.
I'm working on a 1997 Toyota when I see a nice car pull in, it catches my attention but not only the beautiful car but the person inside the car. Shawn. Dammit I can't get away from this kid.
I run into the office so he won't see me but with my luck he comes into the office to check in.
Smart move Teagan.
He see me before I can do anything and walks over to the counter leaning against the wall lifting up his shirt a little. I try so hard not to stare at his v-line.
He gives a questioning smirk.
"Teagan?" I give him an annoyed smile. Lucky me he didn't see me staring.
"Shawn?" I mock him.
"What are you doing here, wait wait wait do you work here?""No shit Sherlock" I don't look into his eyes. Not wanting him to judge me even though I can tell he already is.
"So you can like fix cars?" He looks confused like he's never seen a girl work a car before. I nod with a 'are you seriously this stupid' look on my face
"Wow isn't that a guy's job?" I seriously want to slap him across the face right now.
"Are you kidding me?" I snap done with his bullshit.
"What? Girls aren't as strong as guys, this job isn't for girls." Leaving a small smirk on his face. Then I realize he's pushing me on purpose.I look him in the eye
"Us girls are stronger than you think" right then my uncle comes in and takes shawn back into the garage.I think more about what Shawn said and start to chuckle to myself. If only guys like Shawn knew how much a girl can hide behind a simple smile.
Shawns POV:
I am asked to follow the mechanic from the shop out into the garage leaving Teagan there.
