after the events that took place with razors lupical, aether felt a pang in his heart when he watched the wolf boy sprint into the woods, seeing his eyes grow glossy with potential tears before he turned and ran.

so aether took it upon himself to chase after.

a few hours was all it took, he wasn't surprised it was so hard to find him, razor probably knew the forest like the back of his hand, but he eventually found the other curled up against the trunk of a tree in a clearing up around brightcrown canyon, aether huffed and gently walked his way over.

"razor..?" he gently called, smiling gently when two wide red eyes met his, though he was quickly even more concerned when the boys face scrunched up into a frown and tears steadily poured down his cheeks. "oh no no , hey-"

the blonde quickly dashed to him, dropping to his knees inches away, razor didn't have time to deny or pull away from any physical contact, it was new and confusing to him to be hugged by a human, be he equal parts enjoyed the comforting embrace and felt a tiny bit suffocated by it.

"you don't have to cry anymore, i'm here now, i can help you-" "no! wasn't raised by humans!" the wolf boy protested, almost like he was whining, his gloved hands gently pushing at aether's chest to get him off. he just wanted to suffer alone, he was rejected by his lupical, these were tough times.

aether, of course, only held on tighter, twisting his body to press his side to razors. a hand gently pulled his hood off and his fingers immediately dived into combing through the longer silver hair.

he opened his mouth to speak, ready to give a long speech on how the wolves didn't limit his ability to learn how to blend with humans, but he paused when razor gave a full body shiver, his body going limp as he pushed his head up into the magical fingers that felt amazing running through his hair.

huh.

aether smirked, reaching a hand around and basically pulling the other boys upper body right into his lap, his head pressed against his exposed tummy as he took to immediately scratching gently around his ears and the top of his head.

"a-ah, what are you-" razor didn't understand what was happening, fingers gripping around the others leg as his eyes closed in pleasure, he just knew the sensation felt absolutely wonderful and he never wanted it to end.

meanwhile aether's cheeks hurt from grinning so hard, biting his lip to keep his giggles in and not ruin this beautiful, rare moment as he watched razor slowly, but surely, start to turn on his back.

its like his body had a mind of his own, the silver haired boy wasn't even aware of what he was doing honestly. it just felt right to suddenly stretch out over the others lap as the fingers kept working their magic, eyes still closed, but completely defenseless to the sudden hand creeping towards his now way more exposed belly.

he jerked at the first dig of fingers into his soft skin, eyes shooting open as he stared into mirthful golden ones. time paused for a second, razors eyebrows furrowing in hesitance his own gloved hands shooting down to grip around a tiny wrist.

aether bit his lip, holding eye contact still, he pulled a dirty trick and moved his other hand to continue scratching the spot behind the others ear. he giggled hard when razor just suddenly went limp again, a giant dopey smile covering his face, his hands just hanging on gently to aether's other hand that still stay splayed on his belly.

"you're just a pupppppy~" the blonde cooed, eyes gooey soft as he tickled the exposed belly, more giggles leaving him at the sudden tiny wiggles and the happy sighs razor made.

"n-not a puppy." razor pouted, red eyes blinking petulantly up at the other. he was a strong wolf, a hunter, not some dumb little house pet. though, he was mildly jealous if this was what he's been missing out on all his life.

aether just smiled, "no just widdol puppy!" razor glared his eyes at the sudden change in speech, it sounded weird, he didn't really like it, but he didn't mind it if it meant the pleasurable scratches never stopped. maybe he would be fine without his lupical...maybe this was his new lupical.
