WM: Heyy guys, sorry again, to anybody who is actually readin my story, because of my very late update. Thankfully I've now broke up for Christmas holday!!! WOOHOOO!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!!!!! that means ill be trying to write every single day (apart from stupid revision with flipping english and science exams!!!!!) because with how many ideas I keep having for this story I really need to get them wrote down on paper. But tbh I'm getting down hearted because nobody seems to like my story, I know thats my fault but I would really appreciate it if some people comment/vote/fan to lift my spirits to carry on writing. Thank you so much if you read this I promise as soon as I get more into the plot it will be better, it's because I write big chapters and big books so it takes a while to get interesting, just like a published book (my last story I wrote was 305 A4 pages with size 10 font- crazy right), anyway guys heres the next chapter... Enjoy!!!! :D (Oh and sorry for any grammar or spelling mistakes which there probs are).

Chapter Twelve

"Brandon." Amelie hissed as she backed away, pushing me further away as she stood protectively in front of me. "What are you doing here?"

"Well, I came here for you my love." Brandon chuckled as he started walking slowly towards us, circling us to trap us. Circling his prey. Amelie followed him with her eyes, analysing his body language to see when he would finally attack. Every time he would come to close to me, she'd change her position to make sure she was between me and him. "You see I just couldn't live with myself knowing that you would be caught by the Leadership."

"So what you're trying to say is you came to save me." The smug grin on Brandon's face and the arch of his one lifted eyebrow proved to Amelie that she was wrong. "Or you've come to kill me."

"I love how you know me so well my little Amelie." Brandon chuckled as he stopped circling us and sat on a boulder, resting his elbow on his knee and his head in his hand. "I decided that I couldn't let the Leadership kill you." He fixed Amelie with his iron like gaze, as sharp has daggers as he glared at her. "I decided I wanted to kill you myself."

"I'd like to see try Brandon." Amelie sneered.

Brandon laughed, shaking his head as he removed his hat from his head, to reveal his short black hair, and put it down to rest on the rock. "Always so stubborn Amelie. And brave too. I knew from that day I sensed you in your mother's stomach that you were going to be strong one. That you would be mine."

My mind wondered as I remembered Amelie telling me her story of how she became a vampire. She had told me that her parents had made a deal with Brandon that he would receive their first born daughter at the age of sixteen. He had succeeded getting Amelie, to her dismay. I felt Amelie's rage pulse within her as I sensed my makers emotions. She was pissed. Really pissed. "Don't you dare talk about my mother!!" She screamed in rage, stepping forward as if to challenge him.

Brandon just smiled and chuckled. "Awww did I push one of your buttons Amelie. Good. Because you'll need that anger if you want to fight me."

"I don't want to fight you Brandon." Amelie shook her head, her voice turning sincere and sad as she looked at him- the man she used to love. Before her eyes hardened and her anger seared again. "But so help me Brandon if you give me no other choice I will rip your head off."

            "Is that a threat?"

            "It's a promise."

Brandon smiled smugly. "Hmmm, I wonder what will happen if I bring up your father." At the sound of that, Amelie's hand clenched into a fist, she had every right to be angry. "How he tried to protect your mother as my vampires burst through the door. How he tried desperately to fight as they held him still."
