More than Friends (Hosie)

Chapter 2

Josie Pov.

The next morning, when I woke up, I saw Lizzie still asleep so I checked the time to make sure we weren't late to class, when I checked the time it is 7:30. We have 30 min left before classes start so I wake Lizzie up.

"Wake up Lizzie we have 30 min before classes start" I said to her

"5 more min Jo" she said to me

Instead of trying to wake her up again I instead went to shower, when I finished showering Lizzie is still sleeping, I wake her up one more time because we have 15 min to get to class as soon as I said that she shot up and rushed to get ready while she does that I go to the cafeteria and eat breakfast, I went to sit down in the cafeteria when I saw Hope, she waved at me and I went to sit next to her.

"Hey" I said

"Hey" she said

we talked for a while until Lizzie came up to me and said "Jo why are you sitting with her?" I hate that fact that Lizzie hates Hope, Hope is a good person.

"I can sit where ever I want Lizzie, if you don't want to sit here then sit somewhere else" I said

she looked shocked

"Fine see you in class Jo," she said

"see you," I said

"We have to get to class Hope," I said to her

"yeah let's go," she said

we both headed to magic class, and Hope and I set next to each other throughout the class it was easy, but I didn't notice myself staring at Hope all the time, I couldn't stop looking at her, most of the time she notice, but sometime she didn't. When classes finally ended I went to my room and started to do my homework and study, when I looked at the time it was about to be curfew and Lizzie isn't back yet and she isn't answer my texts or calls. I started to get worried and went to my dad's office, only to see that he and Hope were talking.

Hope Pov.

After classes I decided to study, but still couldn't get Josie out of my mind since I bumped into her yesterday. The thing is I've had a crush on her when I was 14 yrs old, I thought that I got over her, but it turns out that I still like her, I never stopped. I LIKE JOSIE SALTZMAN

After studying, I got a text from Alaric saying that he needs me in the office, so I got up and went to his office. When I arrived in front of his office I knock and I heard him yell "Come in"

"you wanted to see me" I said

"yes there is this monster roaming around Mystic Falls and it's on it's way here to the school" he said

"ok what kind of monster" I asked

"Sheriff Donavon said it's a monster called Siren, the siren almost killed Lizzie and Josie when they were little" he said getting a bit sad

"A siren, as in like the siren Sybil and Seline" I said

"yes it is and we need to stop it, they can control your mind so we have to be cautious," he said

"ok I'll get- " I got interrupted by a knock on the door 

Josie Pov. 

"Who is it?" Dr. Saltzman said

"It's me dad" I said 

"come in" he said

"Dad-" I was going to talk when I saw Hope

"anyways dad have you seen Lizzie?" I asked 

"no, is she not in your room?" dad asked me

"oh no" dad said

"dad what's wrong?" I asked him and looked at Hope who is also confused

"I think a siren took Lizzie" he said, I haven't heard that name in a long time after mine and Lizzie's babysitter turned out to be a siren
