Barry pov:
God my head hurts I sat up and rubbed it I looked around and notice I was in mine and iris's room I looked beside me and she wasn't there typical , i got out of bed and changed my clothes and headed to jitters for some coffee and got Cisco and Caitlin one and a pastry for each of them , i then sped to Star labs , i see them both in their seats Cisco rubbing his head , Caitlin doing the same

"Headache?"- i ask as i pass them their food

"woke up like this "-Cisco

"You okay Cait?"-i say placing a hand on her shoulder

"yeah just had a rough night"-Caitlin

"bad dream?"-Barry

"i hope so "-Caitlin

"i gotta head to the CCPD i'll be back later"- i patted her shoulder than headed to the CCPD , when i got to my lab i see stack of papers and there was a note on it

'get to work Allen'-Captain

i sighed and threw the note away , i started my work and midway i have Joe coming in and asking me about my marriage with iris we argued about it and he soon left and i continued my work , i didn't know but i soon felt asleep , i woke up to a hand touching my hair it was Caitlin i smiled and i quickly finished my work so that i could take her out of ice cream , after i was done we went down , at the end of the stair case i see iris with Joe , they tried stopping me from going out but i ignored them and me and Caitlin went to the ice cream parlor , while eating i ask about how she is coping with frost i knew she was having problems and i can't help but worry about her

"Cait you know i care about you and if you ever need help with Frost you can tell me you know"-Barry

"I know Barry , i just wanna handle this on my own plus i know that you and iris are having problems and i do not want to intrude "-Caitlin

"you never intrude Cait"-i smiled at her , she smiled back , when we finished our ice cream we went to Star labs Cisco head was on his table still

"You okay cisco?"-Barry

"Major headache , no idea why or how I just woke up like this like legit like I've woken up from a dream but it wasn't a dream like it was a memory "-Cisco , me and Cait look at him confused he sighed and went off to his workshop and try and figure out what was going on , the rest of the day i just stopped a fire and helped a young girl with her cat that was stuck on the tree , i spent the time in Star labs working on my speed i was running in the speed lab when i hear a loud bang and Caitlin screaming , i run to the cortex Caitlin was on the floor her hair white and her leg was bleeding iris was pointing a gun at her i kicked the gun off her hand and ran to Caitlin her hair was now back to Burnett , i picked her up and brought her to the med bay Cisco came in and helped her to try and get frost to get out for her to heal i rand to iris

"Why did you shoot her"- i say shouting at her

"she was taking you away from me Barry she ..she.."-she started to stutter and came closer to me i pushed her away ....

Caitlin pov:
Barry is running in the speed lab , I am testing some serum to help improve his speed while testing iris come in and pushing me against the table i could feel frost coming out but i tried my best to contain her 

"iris what the heck "-caitlin 

"stop taking my husband away from me!"-iris 

"iris me and Barry are just friends "-Caitlin 

"Stop lying is been months and i notice how he looks at you the way he would always run to you no matter what happens just one call he is there to you in a second even on the day of our wedding i see him staring at you like he wanted to marry you and not me and i'll make you pay "she said then took a gun out , i ran to the cortex and she shot my leg i screamed and Killer frost was coming out i can't i can't i try holding her in thank god Barry came in he kicked the gun off iris's hand and wrapped his arm around me he then carried me to the med bay and Cisco come running in 

"Caitlin you gotta let frost out "-Cisco 

"no no she she.."-Caitlin 

"Caitlin you have a bullet wound you gotta let frost out i promise you she won't take over you for long , only long enough for you to heal"-Cisco , i breathed in and out then let her out oh god ... 

Cisco pov:

i walked out of the cortex trying to find out why my head hurts so much i went to my workshop and try to vibe the past but every time i did my head starts to hurt more like it was as if my vibes were being block , then it hit me Gideon that thing see everything i run to the time vault 

"Hello Cisco Ramon what can i do for you today"-Gideon 

"tell me the truth Gideon something is missing i can feel it"-Cisco 

"i am not authorized to tell you anything"-Gideon 

"Gideon come on "-Cisco 

"I am not authorized to tell you anything"-Gideon , this thing keep repeating the same thing i try overriding her system but nothing like someone reprogrammed her what the heck , i then start searching her files and found something before i could open it my head start to hurt and i fell to the floor , i opened my eyes and everything was the same i try reactivating the Gideon but nothing i then head to the cortex a guy was standing there 

"Uncle Cisco nice to see you"-Guy 

"Who are you? and where i am ?"-Cisco 

"I am Calvin ... Calvin Henry Snow Allen and you are in the speed force"-He said smirking 

"Snow Allen? son of Barry and Caitlin ? and how am i in the speed force"-i start asking many question he then ask me to stop

"Yes Uncle i am the son of Barry and Caitlin , and i brought you here and about your other questions i can't answer it but there is something i can tell you , stop trying please stop trying to figure out the thing that is missing and yes there is something missing but if you find out about it the timeline might change i am running out of time just take care of my mother please"-Calvin , then  disappeared i shot up and hear screaming i ran out of the vault and i see Barry bringing Caitlin to the med bay i ran to her and helped her with her wound , Barry went to talk to iris and Frost was now in front of me cuffed to the bed , i can;t believe Barry and Caitlin have a son he told me stop and if i don't the timeline will be messed up oh god what trouble did i get into now...
