I decided to write about my shifting progress for people to read and to give tips or get tips about shifting and also for me to keep track on what I have done. But I will admit i suck at updating it
The Julia method is where you listen to Subliminals and focus you mind into shifting it is mostly done as a awake method but can be done as a sleep method. You can lie in any position. Whilst listing to some Subliminals you should say some affirmations and visualize your desired reality before saying
I am, i am, i am,
After that you should count from 1-100
I suggest that you do this to a guided mediation as I found it complicated to do by myself and to explain.

Personal opinion/ experience
I like this method and have used it quite alot because I felt more focused and awake whilst doing it. I also got more symptoms of shifting whilst I did this method. In my script I put that my eyes will automatically open once I am in my desired reality but I still would open my eyes by accident out of excitement.
When I first the Julia method I was quite confused, concentrated and comfortable whilst say the I am's and once I started counting I saw a bright white light and felt like i was floating I also saw little twinkling stars. I also felt itchy and like I was being tickled because this was the first time I was using this method I opened my eyes out of excitement and haven't felt the same doing the method since then.
I have had symptoms of shifting whilst doing this method after the best attempt every but they haven't been as strong.
I also started falling asleep and becoming unfocused or uncomfortable whilst doing this method. I tried this twice in the day to see If it was any different and apart from being more comfortable I got distracted because there was too much noise in my house.
I've switched out guided meditations and Subliminals in hope that I would get the same effect but it hasn't happened again. I decided to take a weeks break to get less stressed and my energy up before shifting again.
