I decided to write about my shifting progress for people to read and to give tips or get tips about shifting and also for me to keep track on what I have done. But I will admit i suck at updating it
I haven't used this method yet but will explain what it is the best I can
This method is alot of visualization so if you arent very good or confident with visualising I suggest not doing this
The alice in wonderland method is a sleep method
You have to lie with you limbs NOT touching so of you feel comfortable using the starfish position you can use that but you have to lie on your back without limbs touching.
You visualise in 1st person of you sitting under a tree and imagine a person from your desired reality (probably your favourite person) is running past and you get up and follow them.
Like what happens in alice and wonderland you fall down a rabbit hole and should imagine your desired reality forming around you.
Once you hit the ground you should be in a room with three doors and one of them has a glowing white light surrounding the door. You should use the key to unlock that door but dont walk in yet.
Through that door is your room in your desired reality you should imagine yourself asleep in that bed in your desired reality room
Basically you see yourself asleep in that bed
you should hear the person you were following say something along the lines you ready or let's go.
They should hold your hand and once you feel their hand you will walk through that door together and you should go in that bed and fall asleep in the exact same position that you were in before
This but was really complicated to explain si feel free to ask questions .
I suggest scripting your eyes will automatically open when you have arrived so that you dont have to guess if your their or not.
I haven't used this method yet so I cant tell any storys or my opinion on it yet
