This method works well for people with adhd or someone who struggles with visualising and staying awake whilst doing the method like me

1) you'll need some 8d audios meaning headphones are required
- some people make some 8d shifting audio with music however they will usually have ads so use the app musi to avoid that

2) it should feel like something is moving around your head and you want to breathe in and out according to the way the sound moves

3) once you are focused and comfortable start counting to 100 however every 10 numbers so 10,20,30 ect... say these three affirmations
- I am shifting To my dr/wr
- I feel symptoms and am unafraid
- The closer I get to shifting the calmer my body becomes

4) once you have said the last three affirmations ask yourself
- do I have permission to shift

5) you should say
- yes I do .... or something like that

FOR THE SLEEP METHOD CARRY ON READING HERE FOR THE AWAKE METHOD GO TO NUMBER 8

7) you should fall asleep now and wake up in your dr/ wr

If you are struggling to sleep either do the awake method / switch to the awake method or start counting and saying numbers until your asleep or visualise your dr/wr

THE REST OF THE AWAKE METHOD

8) start to become conscious of where u are in your cr so like what u can smell, can u feel a blanket or headphones ect...

9) start to say I am affirmations so basically put I am infront of any affirmations but ifc make it make sense
Examples like
- I am in my dr/wr
- I am shifting
- I am going to wake up in my dr/wr
- I am entering my dr/wr
- I am amazing at shifting
- I am ...... yes I am can be an affirmation
- I am nothing but my subconscious mind and can go wherever I want

10) keep on doing that until you start to get symptoms and wake up in your dr

If ur struggling with visualising where u will wake up in ur dr script it so u can just visualise ur dr but still wake up in like your bedroom instead of the kitchen yk

Also you can always turn the sleep method into the awake method or the awake method into a sleep method what ever works for you
