You and Asahi had been friends since forever though you were a year younger than him neither of you cared. You went to every game, knew when he was down, and he would hold you close even when you pushed everyone away. Asahi has had a crush on you for a while now, not confessing so things wouldn't become awkward. His younger and more energetic friend Nishinoya found out pushing him to at least attempt to confess his feeling that he had towards you. You would watch as the team would practice keeping your eye's on your best friend. They took a break and your class mate, and friend, walked over to you. "Hey! Y/n how have you been?" he asked energetically. You laughed "I'm fine Noya," You looked at the bruises on his arm then glaring at him. "Hey! chill I'll take care of it ok! gees" He responds to your glare. Your best friend walks over. "Don't be so hard on him he's trying to get better N/n" He said. A blush appears on your face. "H-hey! That's a private nickname" You say pouting. "ooooh n/n~ isn't that cute" Noya said. You chopped him on the head earning a cry in pain from him. Asahi glared at you both which was honestly kinda scary. "Gomen Asahi.." you said just a little scared though you knew this was only an act. "Back to practice everyone!" Daichi yells. You wave at the boys leave. "Y-you were trying to make me jealous didn't you?" Asahi whispers to Noya. "and if I was" Noya respond as they go back to practicing. After practice you and Asahi walk to his house your parents weren't going to be home. Your parents didn't like you being home alone and since your parents trusted Asahi plus you guys were neighbors they let you stay with him. "Come on N/n we need to study." He said. You dragged him to his room waiting for him to open the door. Though you would constantly being the one dragging him to his room, you would never touch his door. You had genuinely no reason not to open the door but you would never walk in if it was closed. You though maybe you did it for privacy or maybe just because it was his space, but you never questioned it. He opens the door allowing you inside. The two of you grab your laptops, pulling out notebooks, pencils, and colored pens for your notes that you color coordinated. Asahi looks over at your notebook seeing how organized it was. "Why can't your room be this organized?" he said looking a little confused. You sat there stuck in thought, you weren't really an organized person when it came to certain things. "I don't know?" you questioned yourself. He rolled his eyes and continued to work. After an hour you had changed the way you were siting 5 different time. Laying back on his big bed you were reading an online book for your class after a while your eyes became heavy and accidentally falling asleep on his comfy bed. He noticed your sleeping figure. He liked how peaceful you looked, the stress had faded from your body. He save your tabs and closed the laptop plugging it in to be charged for the next time you use it. He planted a kiss on your forehead putting a blanket over you. He put his stuff away but turned around when he heard the sleepy words. "I love you Asahi, stay with me." you said not intentionally, though you did mean the words you said. A bright blush crossed the gentle giants face. He laid back on the bed. "I hope you mean those words." he whispered to himself. Covering himself up laying next to you you snuggled into his chest causing him to blush even more. His heart was pounding in his chest nervous it was beating so loud it would wake you. He calms down and holds you close falling asleep. When you wake up you feel arms around you holding you close. Your cheeks heat up as you realize you weren't in the guest bedroom. You felt cozy and safe though you were crushing on your best friend. You attempt to sit up just to be gently pulled back down. You hear mumbling from him. "I love-" was all the sleeping boy had said though you wished he was talking about you though you thought he probably wasn't. You shyly plant a kiss on his forehead. You tried to slip from his grasp but it just woke him up, but you didn't know that. You finally gave in and stayed in his arms. You sighed thinking he was asleep you start talking to yourself. "Why do I love you so much you big teddy bear... if only you felt the same.." you said. His cheeks heat up as he slowly rise up. "I-i-i-i love you too N-n/n" He said looking at the cover then into your eyes. You get closer to him, him lips feeling magnetic to yours. You kiss him and he hesitates but kisses back passionately. He pulls away tears rolling down your face. "I've loved you for so long, I never thought you would feel the same." you said still crying just a little. He wipes the tears from your face. "Well there's no need to worry because I'll always be your teddy bear if you'll be my N/n, Will you be my other half?" He asks you. You look at him "Yes, of course my big teddy bear" You say hugging him. 
Extra:
You and Asahi walked hand in hand to the gym, a slight blush on both of your cheeks. As you to walk in Noya walks, no, runs over to you both. "Hey!," He pauses seeing both of your hands intertwined. "oh! Finally!" He said excitedly making the team walk over. While everyone was questioning Noya, Sugawara had been the only one to know what happened. He had seen the two holding hands while Asahi had done his usual by walking you to class.
