Nervously, Liam responded, "Hi Sophie." Curiosity piqued, she inquired, "So... what's with the flower?" Liam proceeded to explain, "Well, I wanted to ask you something." He extended the flower towards her and continued, "Do you want to go out with me?" Sophie, filled with regret, responded with sincerity, "Liam, I am genuinely sorry, but I don't share romantic feelings for you. You're an amazing person, and I'm confident that you'll find someone who reciprocates your affection."

Today was the day! I got up as fast as I could and went downstairs and looked at the decorated tree. After lunch, I called Biana and the girls over to get ready together.

Today, when it was time we opened our presents, Edaline and Grady loved my gifts. Edaline gave me a new phone and Grady gave me a baseball bat to "keep away boys" as he put it. I loved him all the same. As weird and annoying as my parents were, I wouldn't change my new life for anything.
