Ok so this  for Princess  Belle (on Quotev)I know  this one you wanted  to  be Belle  but I came  up  with  an idea  for this but I hope  you  and the others  will  like it.

----> (partly made  up in some parts)Once upon  a time there was this prince  who was kind to everyone  in his kingdom  as a small child but when his mother  died  his  father  changed him . His father  became  cruel  and  molded  the prince  to be cruel  spoil and he no longer  loved  anything.

His  father  died  when  he was 9  and the prince  decided  to  invite  what  he deemed the most  beautiful  people. To his 11th  birthday. And he only  wanted the most  beautiful  things.
He'd  have beautiful paintings from far off places and  hundreds of  priceless objects  that lined  the walls. Beautiful vases, rich tapestries and solid- gold serving plates were  just  a few of many  items.

His thing paled in comparison  to his guests that came  from  all around  the  world.
His servants  were moving  quickly  around  him  to get him ready  for  the  party. The maid gently painted  a mask on his face that took her hours to do and it showed.

No detail  had been  spared to the faint gold feathering to the gold and the blue accents around  his  eyes, along  with  the  rouge that brought  out the sharpness of his  cheeks.
Matching the latest  trend, two beauty marks that had been  perfectly placed.

One beneath  his right eye and one above  his crimson lips. Underneath the Masquerade make up,the Prince's eyes shone coolly. The head valet draped  a long  jeweled coat over the prince  when  the maid stepped  back.

The Valet carefully inspected it to make  sure not one jewel was out of  place.  He nodded  in satisfaction and  signaled  the  maid as she dusted the prince's wig with  powder. Both of them  bowed  waiting  for  the prince's approval.

The prince lifted  one gloved  hand and gave a single haughty wave. Instantly,a foot man appeared. "More light." the Prince ordered in a gruff manner. "Yes, your Highness " the footman  said.

He turned and reached for the candelabrum  placed nearby. The Prince held a small mirror. It was silver with flourishes along the back and the delicate  handle.  In his small but large  hand the mirror looked tiny  and  incredibly fragile.
Holding it up so he could see his face, the Prince looked  satisfied. And then as though  it was a distraction the Prince  dropped the mirror. The maid  nearly fainted in relief at the Prince's nod of approval.

Then gasped  as the mirror  began to  fall. The Prince  went on his way  without looking back to the noise.  As the Prince  went  into  the  ballroom  the foot  man  lunged for  the  mirror  and saved it  before  it hit the ground.

The servant sighed for that mirror  belonged to his mother and that was the  only  thing  left  of hers.  He went  to his throne overlooking the ballroom and a few young  ladies  caught  his attention, even  the blacksmith's daughter. Even  though  she  never  looked at him.

He invited the blacksmith  because  he was the best  in all of the kingdom in very beautiful hand crafted metalworks .  He signaled the  Italian maestro . He began to play  and his  elegant operatic diva wife began to sing.

They were known around the world for the best sound. The Prince strode on the floor. His dancing  was well practiced and the young ladies he danced with  couldn't  compare.

Out of the corner of his eye he saw the blacksmith and his daughter dancing.  He was compelled by how  they  danced. He was about to  go over to them when  there  was a loud bang on the doors that was louder than the diva's  high voice.
