"Dude," Fangs nudged him as they looked at Aminity nodding off as they did their homework.
"Do you just not sleep anymore?" he asked loudly, making her startle and sit up.
"What?"
He tried to smile, but it fell flat. "I know you've seen some messed up stuff recently, but it's been three weeks."
"I get that, but that doesn't mean it just goes away."
"I know. Trust me, I do."
"Hey, take all the time you need. We're here for you," Fangs told her and she smiled. "This little guy's here for you too," he picked Hot Dog up off the floor and sat him in her lap. Her smile widened as he licked her face.
"What's up with you though? Anything going on with Josie?" she tried to change the subject.
Sweet Pea shook his head. "Not much. She said it was only a summer fling, but I've seen her a few times since then."
"You really like her, don't you?" she smiled softly.
"What? No," he scoffed.
"Sweet Pea, it's not a crime to actually have feelings and show them."
"Whatever," he rolled his eyes and went back to his homework, Aminity and Fangs letting out a chuckle before doing the same.

"Veronica says she's going to have a pretty strict dress code at her speakeasy," Betty spoke.
"Of course we're calling it a speakeasy," Jughead said as they walked down the halls. "And, uh, what are you getting at?"
"We're getting at the fact that your 'S' shirt, jeans, and flannel won't cut it. We'll be lucky to make it in with our beanies." They all chuckled as they rounded the corner.
"Hey, Ethel's back."
"Yeah. She's talking to that weirdo girl from the Farm," Betty trailed off as she stopped walking. "Oh my God. What if the game is connected to the Farm? Ben, Dilton, and Ethel started playing the game this summer which is when the Farm and the Evernevers moved to Riverdale."
"That's an odd coincidence," Aminity let out. "Or not one."
"Evelyn's dad, Edgar, is their leader. My mom won't stop talking about him. He's like some kind of-"
"King?" he cut her off. "How much do you know about him and the Farm?"
"Basically nothing," she said as they looked back at Ethel and Evelyn who were hugging.
"Should we start with Evelyn or Ethel?"
"Ethel," Betty answered quickly. "Evelyn creeps me out."
"Okay, but last time we talked to Ethel she had a seizure."
"We'll be more gentle this time."

"Ethel, hi," Jughead said as they walked into the chemistry classroom. "Are you eating alone? Do you mind if we-"
"The doctors put me on medication," she cut him off. "To stop the seizures. I was having them multiple times a day. It's very strong."
"Look, if Betty, Aminity, and I did something to trigger your seizures, we're sorry."
"We didn't want to hurt you."
"We were just trying to help," he continued after Aminity.
"Like you were trying to help my boyfriend, Ben, when he threw himself out a window?"
