"Hey Quinn" Santana greeted "wow you're still pregnant"
"Funny" she rolled her eyes "I just came to ask you to get our mail this weekend because we're going out of town"
"Where are you going? You're like super pregnant"
"We're flying down to Tennessee for the weekend"
"Aren't you not supposed to fly when your this pregnant?" Blaine asked
"Yeah but it's fine it's we're using our private plane so there's no rules" she told them "and it's not like I'll actually go into labor on the plane"
"We'll get your mail" Kurt said "have a good weekend"
"Thanks bye"
"Hey babe you ready?" Sam asked when she walked back in the house
"Yep! Let's head out" he grabbed the keys and she grabbed her purse and just in case hospital bag and they buckled in the boys and left.
They arrived at the place they held their plane and boarded.
"I wanna see my room!" Carson exclaimed
"Yeah I love my room" Mason agreed
"Aww and you will get to see them my loves and daddy and I are gonna put baby sissy's room together"
"Well daddy will because mama isn't allowed to lift a thing"
"I'm fine with that"
They all slept for a bit then landed in Tennessee then they drove to their house.
"Yay house!" Ryan ran inside with the other two following.
"Her rooms gonna be the one in the basement right?" Quinn asked
"Yep"
"Okay I need to sit down but you can start painting"
"Sounds good you have the paint?"
"I had everything delivered, it's in her room"
"Okay I'm gonna start"
"Mama can we watch Mickey?" Ryan asked
"Of course baby" the four of them watched tv for a while until it was time for dinner "I'm Uber eating Wendy's Sammy!" She called downstairs
"Alright! Get me a baconater and chocolate frosty! Oh and fries!"
She pulled out her phone and ordered all of their food
"Mama I'm so excited for my baby sister" Ryan told her
"Yeah she's gonna be so cute and little" Mason agreed
"I like her already"
"Aww you three are already the best big brothers"
They watched some tv then food arrived so they all ate together.
"I wanna name her Wendy" Carson told his parents
"Sorry buddy we already have a name for her"
"Wendy?" Mason asked
"No" Quinn giggled
They finished eating and put the boys to bed then they went to get ready for bed
"Do you wanna visit my grandma tomorrow?" Sam asked "we haven't seen her since our wedding"
"Yeah, that sounds great" they went to bed then woke up the next morning to go to Delores Evans house
"Grandma!" Mason ran to her
"There're my sweet boys!" She exclaimed hugging the three "and my lovely older boy" she hugged sam "and there's the gorgeous Quinny" she gave Quinn a hug "how's my great granddaughter doing?"
"She's almost ready" Quinn rubbed her stomach
"Well I sincerely hope she'll be born in Tennessee just like her daddy"
"You're not the only one who wants that" she laughed "Mary has been talking about it since we told her we were coming down here" 
They spent the day with Delores and Sam went to the house for a couple hours to work on the nursery then picked them up in the evening.
"I'm tired mama" Ryan said clinging onto her as they got in the house
"I know baby, Daddy will put you to bed" Sam took him upstairs while Quinn put the twins to bed. The two of them then went to bed.
Sam woke up at 2am to Quinn shaking him awake
"Sam, Sammy!"
"Hmm?"
"My water broke"
"What?"
"My water broke"
"Sorry, sorry, I heard you, I have to get the boys!" They both got up and Quinn called Delores while sam got them ready. They dropped the kids off at her house while they drove to the hospital where They got settled in a room
"After three big babies I'm excited for this one" Quinn told Sam rubbing her stomach
"Those three are so excited"
"And what about you?"
"I'm over the moon sweetheart" he rubbed her back "now our family will be complete with our baby girl"
"Alright Quinn let's check" the nurse told her "so this is your third baby?"
"My fourth"
"Wow super mom over here" she looked at Sam and he nodded
"Quinn you're at ten centimeters"
"Really? I barely felt anything"
"Well you do have an epidural and after three kids it gets much better, I'm gonna call the doctor"
"Oh my god Sammy Im so ready"
"Me too honey"
"Alright Quinn ready to push?"
"So ready!" She grabbed Sams hand as she pushed
"You're doing so great babe"
"Thank you honey"
"I can see the head Quinn" the doctor told her and sam went to see
"Hair?" She asked
"A lot of light brown hair"
"Aww" he went back up to her and she pushed again
"Okay Quinn one more big push" she squeezed Sams hand
"Okay darling please don't break my hand" and she laughed
"You have a gorgeous baby girl" the doctor placed her on Quinn's chest
"Aww she's so sweet"
"She is"
"Sorry mama we have to take her to run tests and clean her"
"Okay bye honey" Quinn pouted "Sam what are we gonna do?"
"What?"
"Baby how are we gonna take her home?"
"Crap you're right"
"And you start training camp soon I don't wanna watch four kids alone in a state i barely know"
"How about when she's a couple days old I take the plane back up to Ohio and I can take some of our stuff to lessen the load, then I drive down with the car?"
"That sounds great" she kissed him "I'm gonna call Santana"
"Alright"
"Hey San!"
"Hey Q what's up?"
"We have to stay here a couple days longer"
"Why? Is everything okay?""
"Well as of 6:37am I'm officially no longer pregnant"
"AHHH YOU HAD THE BABY!?" She yelled
"I did"
"AND IM NOT THERE TO SEE HER?"
"Sorry but you'll see her next week I promise"
"Tell me about her" she begged "what's her name? How tall is she? How much does she weigh?"
"She weights 6 pounds and one ounce, she's nineteen inches and her name is..."
"Okay mama here's your girl"
"San I'll call you back" she hung up
"Hi sweetie"
"Can we have a name?"
