"AHH" Quinn screamed
"Quinn you're not fully dilated yet so you can't push yet" one of the nurses told her and she groaned
"It's gonna be okay" Sam comforted as he kissed her sweaty forehead "he will be here soon"
"I want him out NOW" she screamed and he stroked her hair.
"Okay Quinn you can start pushing now" the doctor told her and she smiled. A couple hours later their baby boy was born. Quinn fell back on her pillow and gave a sigh. Sam looked at the pink screaming baby and smiled falling in love with his baby boy. He sat by Quinn and watched as the nurse handed the baby to Quinn. He was wrapped in a blue blanket with ducks on it.
"Hi baby" she smiled at her son. They rested for a bit and then the nurse came in.
"Hi can I have his name?" She asked
"Yes it's..." Sam was cut off by Santana walking in
"Hi" she greeted with the boys holding her hand
"Brother?" Mason asked
"Yes, come meet your baby brother" Sam ushered the twins over and put them on the bed next to Quinn
"What's his name?" Santana asked
"Everyone meet..."
"Hi guys" Kurt and Brittany walked in with Landon and McKenna "Blaine took Heather to the bathroom"
"He's so cute" Brittany cooed looking at the baby
"Thank you" Quinn fixed his blanket and laid her head against the bed
"You look exhausted" Kurt told her
"No, I'm fine" Sam took the baby from her
"So what's his name?" Brittany asked
"His name is..."
"Hey guys" Blaine interrupted.
"Hi Blaine" Quinn greeted
"Aww he looks like Sam" Blaine said and Sam smiled.
"Okay shut up Blaine" Santana told him "What's the babies name?!"
"This is Ryan Jackson Evans"
