A couple weeks later
Quinn woke up and picked up Carson and mason to get the ready for the day. When she was giving them a bath she started to feel super sick. She ran to the toilet and started throwing up.
"Hey are you okay?" Sam walked over to the bathroom still half asleep.
"Yeah I'm fine" she turned back to the bathtub and finished the boys bath. She picked them up and went downstairs and put them in the high chairs.
"You look awful" kitty told her and Quinn gave her a middle finger
"I think Quinn's got one in the oven" Tina teased and Mercedes laughed.
"Wait I'm late" Quinn opened her phone and went into her app and banged her head on the table. Brittany rubbed her back.
"It's okay Quinn" Santana comforted
"Yeah, I have some extra pregnancy tests you can use one" Marley told her and went to get one.
"It's gonna be fine" Mercedes hugged her and Marley walked back in and handed her the box. Quinn thanked them and walked into the Downstairs bathroom. She came out five minutes later with tears streaming down her face.
"Oh Quinn" Tina went over to her and gave her a hug as she cried
"Woah who died?" Shane asked walking in the room and Mercedes gave him a look
"Honey can you get Sam?" Mercedes asked and he nodded and went upstairs.
"It's not that I don't want this baby" she told Mercedes "I just don't know if Sam wants one so soon, we just had the twins"
"Quinn I think Sam would be thrilled" Santana told her
Sam walked down a second later holding the boys
"We'll leave you two alone" Santana told them taking Carson and Brittany took mason.
"Babe what's wrong?" Sam asked taking her hands
"I'm pregnant" she confessed and started crying. He held her for a bit and tried to console her.
"Shh it's okay babe. Hey it's okay if it's a boy we keep him if it's a girl we put her up for adoption" he teased and she laughed "I'm over the moon"
"Really? We're gonna have three kids while being in high school"
"And? I love being a dad"
