Third Person POV
The human walked through the forest, paranoid. The slightest noise would send the male into a panic as he would snap toward the direction. The sky was beginning to get dark as the sun began to set. The man continued to walk for a bit before stopping and leaning his back against a tree. He slid down to the floor with a thump as he placed a hand against his head.
The 'Ghost' appeared again, spinning around as her little eye seemed to watching everything. She stopped and turned toward her guardian. He shook his head a bit as she slowly flew down and stopped in front of him. He glanced up through his mask as he stared back at the floating orb.
"Is-Is something on m-my shell?" She asked as she shamed a bit trying get rid of the non-existent trash.
"..No." The guardian responded.
"T-Then is something wrong?" She asks again. "If you h-have questions, I'll try my b-best to answer them."
"Who am I?" Y/N asked, rather quickly.
"I d-don't understand?" Confusion fills her artificial voice. "Y-Your name is Y/N-"
"I...know my name is Y/N." He interrupts. "At least that's what you told me. I mean, who was I before? What happened to me? What is a Guardian?"
"I..." She doesn't finish as she disappears.
Y/N glanced around before looking down at the rifle in his hands. Old and run down. He slowly looks at his armor. Also worn, but with one or two bullet holes. Bullet holes. This causes the Guardian to reach for it and loosen the strap on it. He carefully placed it on his lap as he simply stares at it.
"I-I don't know the first questions." The voice finally responds, causing the man to sigh. "But a G-Guardian is someone who protects the innocent from e-evil. The T-Traveler sent me to find you so you and I can do good. W-We are the l-light in the darkness."
"Am I the only one?" Y/N responds.
"I-I'm sorry?" She questions.
"Am I the only Guardian?" He repeats.
"No." She says, causing Y/N to sigh in relief. "There are o-others. But they should be others at the L-Last City."
"I remember." The male responds. "You said we need a ship. What's that?"
"T-That's weird." She says with curiosity. "S-Sorry, I was looking into something. A s-ship is a flying vehicle."
"You know where to get on?" Y/N asked.
"H-Hold on." She said before her eye lit up.
Reader's POV
Her eye glowed as she created something out of the air. A full glowing projection appeared in front of me, illuminating the part of the dark forest I'm in. I slightly covered my eyes due to me being used to the dark.
"T-This is where we are on t-the map." A light blue dot appeared on it. "The s-ship we're looking for is here."
The 'map' moved for a while as it seemed to never stop. It finally stopped, showing a few structures with a yellow dot on it. I squinted as slowly leaned toward it.
"And how far is it?" I asked, only for the map to zoom out, a lot.
"Really f-far." I sighed as I continued to look at the rifle in my hands.
"Eva..." I suddenly said.
The Ghost snapped toward me. "W-What?"
