*Two days later*
Intelligence got word that the FBI agent  from New York went undercover the night before.

Alrighty everyone, our undercover agent is none other than Jacob Terence.
He is posing as a fan of Greg Yates' work, and he wants to help continue the legacy. Word is, is that he got in contact Foster, he says that he is meeting him in an hour.
We have set check in times, every three hours.
Voight announced.

The team didn't know exactly where Foster was located but they did know that he was probably on his way to New York due to the fact he hopped in a car  New York plates that were now proven to be his own car. That's a big reason why Jacob was undercover, he was supposed to get Foster out of hiding so Intelligence could catch him.
Meanwhile Atwater and Ruzek were questioning the Statesville guard on watch the day Foster escaped.
They questioned what felt like one hundred different people.
They were to the point that no one in the jail was the mole, the undercover guy until they got to officer "Julia Poaloski".
I'd you see anything the night Foster disappeared? Such as weird behavior.
Ruzek asked.
No.
Julia snapped out.
Atwater saw that she was avoiding eye contact with them.
He suspected that she knew something they didn't.
Did you always guard Fosters hall?
Atwater asked, trying to get something out of this woman.
No. Why would you ask me that? All us guards switch stand points each week. any ways why do you even care?
Julia said, almost confirming to Ruzek and Atwater that she was apart of Fosters escape.

They boys didn't care to ask anymore questions, they got all they needed.
They soon headed back to 21.
So here we have "officer Julia Poaloski", she was standing guard of Fosters hall the night he escaped.
Atwater and I suspect that she was involved with his escape.
Adam said.
What makes you believe that?
Antonio asked.
She was super short tempered with us when we asked questions about Foster and I had  mouse look her name up and it says that she was a former student at the university where none other than Gregory Yates taught.
Atwater said while slapping down the information in paper him and Adam provided.
Great work guys, since you guys found this information I want you two to fly out to New York and pay a visit to Yates and Julia's old university.
Agent Jennifer said that you can use her unit as a base.
Voight said.
Adam and Kevin happily agreed.
The team all split up into their desks and looked more into where the possible whereabouts of Damien Foster was and how and if Julia was mixed in with him.

About an hour later Voight instructed Jay to follow him into his office.
What's up?
Jay asked, closing the door.
So Halstead, um it looks like our undercover agent has gone rouge.
Voight said disappointed.
What! How?
Jay yelled.
I don't know I don't have very in depth intel on the whole situation but it was something along the lines of him getting in too deep. The FBI head, Agent Jennifer said that he hasn't checked it the past four times.
Jay was mad and confused. He was mad because this whole "Legacy of Yates thing" kept making him think of Erin and how he shouldn't, no he couldn't think about her because of the fact that he was with Hailey.
He was confused because he didn't know why Voight was telling him one on one.

So why are you telling just me this Sarg?
