Este and Donna walk back to the hospital arm in arm,
"I don't think we should tell Alana just yet about Hannah Mom." Este says, "I think it would be too much for her to take in right now, she's really struggling with what's going on with Danielle."
"I think you are right honey, for now we will just keep it between your father and ourselves." Donna replies,
"But I would really love to see a photo of her if that's OK with you Mom?" Este asks,
"Of course honey." Donna says,
Este hugs her Mother, "Thank you Mom, and please don't get angry, I know you feel like you have to stay with Yelly all the time but I really think you need to go home and spend the night with Alana. So don't worry about anything Mom the nurses are taking really good care of Danielle and I'm gonna stay the night with her OK?" Este quickly tells her Mom. "Alana really needs this right now, she needs her Mom."
Donna nods, "OK honey and thank you for staying with your sister."
Once they arrive back in Danielle's room Este says good bye to her Mom and Danielle, "I'll be back around five PM Mom, I'll see you tonight Yelly."

Alana checks the boot she has glued back together only to find the glue didn't work.
"Great." Alana groans,
She picks up the boot and storms back inside, in frustration she screams, throwing the boot at the front door and almost hitting Este in the head as she opens it and walks inside,
"HEY WATCH IT YOU DOOFUS." Este yells dodging the flying boot,
"Sorry." Alana mumbles,
"So what the hell did this poor boot ever do to you Lonz?" Este asks as she picks it up,
"Nothing, stupid thing is broken and I couldn't glue it back together." Alana cries.
"Well why don't you just borrow a pair of D's boots squirt." Este suggests,
"I can't." Alana sighs,
"Why not?"
"Because I haven't asked D if I could borrow them." Alana replies,
"Oh don't be so daft Lonz this is like the perfect time to borrow them because D can't exactly say no." Este laughs, "And besides it's not like you ever really ask D's permission, you usually just take what you want and mention it to her as you're walking out her room. So come on you and me right now let's go in and pick out a nice pair of boots you can borrow."

Alana feeling a bit better wearing Danielle's boots decides to go for a walk and enjoy the sunshine, she's halfway around the block when she hears a voice calling out to her.
"Hi Alana."
Alana looks behind her, seeing Jordan she ignores her and quickens her walking pace,
"Alana hey please stop, STOP." Jordan calls out,
Alana continues walking but Jordan chases after her and eventual catches up to her,
"Alana."
"I don't want to talk to you, please leave me alone," She tells the girl,
"Alana please can we talk?" Jordan begs,
"No I've got nothing to say to you, go back to your boyfriend and leave me alone."
"I broke up with Devon." Jordan tells her,
Alana stops and turns around,
"And what? You expect me to feel sorry for you?" Alana cries, "Well ah-ah no way, fuck you." She turns back around and continues walking down the street.

Mrs. Haim driving home that evening realizes that everything Este said to her is right, she has been neglecting her other daughters, she doesn't even remember the last time she spent any time with Alana let alone even talk to her, she quickly does a U turn and heads down town to pick up some take away for dinner.
She walks through the front door,
"Anybody home?" She calls out,
Alana hearing her mother's voice rushes out into the hallway and throws her arms around her Mom,
"Mommy." She cries,
"Hi honey." Donna says hugging her daughter back. "I've brought burgers home for dinner."
"Oh my god like totally my favs, thanks Mom." Alana says grabbing the bag,
"How about we eat them in front of the TV and watch a movie together?" Donna suggests,
"Oh my god really Mom? You want to stay and watch a movie with me? What about Danielle? You don't have to go back to the hospital?" Alana asks a little afraid of the answer,
"Not tonight honey, Este is staying with Danielle and I'm going to stay here with you tonight." Donna tells her,
Alana squeals and hugs her Mom tightly,
"Really? You don't have to leave, you're gonna stay all night." Alana asks in disbelief, tears of joy spilling from her eyes, "I've missed you so much Mommy."
"I've missed you too my baby." Donna says kissing the top of Alana's head.

Este makes herself comfortable in the armchair next to Danielle's hospital bed, she lifts her legs up on the bed and rests her notebook on her lap, reaching down into her bag she pulls out a bag of popcorn,
"So Yelly looks like it's just you and me tonight, man l really can't think when the last time just the two of us spent any alone time together, this will be fun." She reaches back into her bag and pulls out a few DVD's "OK so I've selected a few of your all time favs, I've got Never Been Kissed such a good one, gotta love Drew, then there is 10 Things I Hate About You a classic! Next we have Alien FUCK. Who put that in here? Nope not watching that one. Moving on next we have got Scooby Doo followed by my all time fav The Wedding Singer, I knew you wouldn't mind if l also choose an awesome classic but tonight I thought we would start with Beauty And The Beast and you can be Belle tonight Sissy okay?" Este leans over and squeezes Danielle's hand but there's no response from the still figure lying in the bed. Este chokes back tears, "Come on D please I need you to wake up, I can't watch this movie by myself you know the beast scares me. Please Yelly please wake up I miss you,"
She manages to watch three movies before she can no longer keep her eyes open,
"Good night Sissy." She whispers and as she drifts off to sleep dreaming about happier days she could've sworn Danielle gently squeezed her hand.
