Before Naruto could get to his room Itachi grabbed his arm, causing the blonde to wince in pain, but he pulled away anyways. Blood began to stain his sleeve, Itachi, who was much faster then his blonde, was soon in front of him. Naruto tried to go around but Itachi refused, and when he tried to push him out of the way he was returned with his back into the wall and his Raven friend in front, cornering him. "Itaa! I don't want to talk!" The Blonde slammed into Itachi's chest, who wasn't even staggered back by the force. After a few times of this Naruto gave. He looked up to the Raven, whose usual calm complexion was terrifying. It was filled with darkness and anger, Naruto sunk into himself from fear, Had he gone too far with the Uchiha? A sigh came from the body in front of him and it grabbed his bleeding arm, which he tugged the sleeve down. This revealed slashes in his skin, fresh ones, had he done that last night? Why couldn't he remember.. Itachi held his wrapped up hand to Naruto's arm, "That is where I got it. By stopping you." Before Itachi knew it, the blonde ripped from his grasp and plummeted into his chest, hugging tightly. He could feel him shake, and hear the harsh breathing and sniffles. As much as he tried his harsh expression couldn't stay, not when the boy was crying. The Blonde was a weakness, a strong one at that.

After his moment of crying Naruto pulled away from the raven. His breathing still groggy, his eyes stung, cheek burnt. His energy was drained, he just wanted everything but Itachi's warmth to vanish from the world, he wanted to disappear from the world. It was like the only thing that kept the blonde from drifting away from reality was Itachi's warmth, his smell, his voice kept him in reality. As nice as it was, he cursed to the attachments that held onto him (1) Itachi helped him to the palette, the Blonde wiping away the last bit of his tears the clouded his eyes. The Raven sat quietly next to him with a blank expression that was faced to the floor. Naruto had no idea what to do, he was already troubling the Raven with all this and they are barely friends. It seems though, he was taking all of this so well, or at least, he wasn't in a panick. No one can actually just take something like this in without thinking over it a little. Naruto was at his point where he had no idea what to do, and had little energy to do anything as it is. Itachi was still staring at the ground with his expressionless look, and the silence was overwhelming the room for the Blondes comfort. So he made the decision to try and sleep, he looked at Itachi a little while longer before he leaned over a softly pressed his lips to Itachi's cheek, in a whisper he let out a cracked statement "Thank you," he then turned off the lamp and curled up in the blankets. Quickly allowing his exhaustion get the better of him.

Itachi's eyes were wide, his constant emotionless face was no more in this moment, he was shocked. Luckily no one was there to see but all the same nothing was right. His emotion in the moment had broken through his blank mask. A soft blush defied his pale skin, and a smile strained his mouth.

Itachi left early before Naruto woke up. He picked up any mess, such as the food bowl and drinking cups, and did some dishes before he left. The blonde was a deep sleeper, even more so after emotional stuff. Whenever his life gets emotional going to sleep was like an alternate to numb his world, it was the safest alternate, those were the times when he understood why his friend Shikamaru was always sleeping or staring at the clouds. It passed by dull times which to Naruto was a blessing. He wasn't sure if that was the reason his lazy friend was.. well so lazy, but he at least held some appreciation for the easy going actions. It was Sunday, so the blonde wanted to sleep in as long as possible, but he felt or more like didn't feel a presence that had been there for two day. Naruto shifted around facing where the presence should have been, but it was empty. He staring blankly, blinking a few times before picking himself up, he cleaned up the rest of the previous nights mess, which because of Itachi's cleaning was only the palette.
Once the couch was set up back to normal, his blanket was folded, Naruto went to his room for a shower. As he walked near his bed, there was a small pile of folded clothes with a paper on top. The blonde picked up the piece of paper, it was a note, not too long of one:

Thank you,
For the wonderful two days this weekend but I must be off. Don't think though that I will forget about what has happened. I do expect answers, see you at school.
~ Uchiha, Itachi

Naruto put down the note chuckling to himself, those damn Uchiha's always complicating his life more than it needs to be. First the younger one creating problems and now the Older one trying to understand whats wrong. Naruto pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed deeply, he was scared to ask what else was in store for him, cause with his luck there was a whole lot more. He ran his hand through his blonde locks letting out what sounded to be a groan mixed with a whine. He grabbed some clothes from his closet and a towel, set them down on his bathroom counter and turned on the water. He waited, testing it a few times to see if it was the perfect heat. All he wanted now was to soak in hot water, and thats exactly what he was going to do.

(1) the irony in the sentence; because in the actual Naruto series Thats the one thing he is always striving to keep, its what the whole moral of the series is, friendship and bonds between people haha

I dealt with a similar incident when I was younger, if you have a the need or tendency to harm yourself please be sure to seek help, through parents, friends, a teacher, preferably a good therapist. It's also good to understand that you're friends aren't responsible for your mental health and can't be the only one you rely on.
