Kabir's P.O.V,

"Look! she is coming." John said with low voice and hit my hand with his elbow.

I smirked. Yeah! She was running towards us. Pretty curious, huh! I thought.

As she was coming near us, her footsteps were getting slower and eyes were becoming larger. She stopped right in front of us and her jaw dropped.

Her left hand was being slowly lifted over her mouth. A disbelief look was there in her eyes. It was exactly the same expression I expected from her.

"Mom...Dad... you two...." She couldn't complete her sentence. Her mom pulled her in a big hug.

"Oh! I am so happy and excited for my daughter." Her mom stated with joy in her voice. And Jenni? She was so much shocked that she couldn't even hug back.

"Jennifer!" Jeni's dad said. "Wouldn't you give your dad a hug?"

Jenni's corner of lips slowly went upwards and then her all the teeth were flashed up. She ran to her dad and embraced him. After a quick hug she extended her one hand towards her mom and gave her a side-hug too.

"mom..dad...I never expected you two to come to see us today. I am really very very happy that I can't even explain. Oh my god!" She wiped away a single tears that came out from her eye unconsciously.

Her mom said,"Oh, don't be silly. This is our responsibility to encourage our daughter. Don't say thank you."

"Yes," Her dad nodded his head. "And I am sorry because of our works we can't give you time. Today is a big day for you...and your friends. What type of parents we are, if you can't even manage time for a single day."

Jenni shook her head and said, "You two are great. Have I ever told you how much I love you. But hey...." She suddenly stopped and clenched her brows. Then she spoke up again,"How did you know that today we have the competition?"

Her mom looked at us with a smile and said,"Your friends informed us at the last minute. They requested us to come no matter what. Your friends are really lovely kids."

"Oh come on Aunty! We are not kids. We are 20 now. And the whole plan were made by Kabir. That was his idea." John said. Why did he need to tell this to everyone?

Jenni's eyes turned to me. She looked at me with awe.

Lola said with giggle, "You are a kid John. You are cute just like a kid."

"Can you please shut up!" John said.

"Heyy," Rocky out of nowhere shouted. John said,"What?"

Rocky said,"It's late dude! Competition is going to start soon. Let's go."

Lola said,"Oh my god! I am so scared. Jenni! Save me!"

Jenni turned to her parents said,"So...it's the time.." She seemed tensed again.

Her mom caressed her hair and said,"Don't worry. You guys will do great. Believe in yourself. Best of luck everyone."

"Thank you mom," Jenni gave her mom a quick hug and we all started walking towards the green room. We had to do some last minute preparation before the competition.

"Kabir!" I heard Jenni calling my name from behind. I turned to her. She was looking everywhere but me. It seemed like she was trying to say something, but hesitate to say. I raised my brows in a questionable way. She finally spoke, "Ummm.. I just want to say....thanks...thank you so much. The thing, you have done for me, really means a lot to me...T-thank you." She bit her lower lips. She always shuttered when she was nervous.
