Sun and the Moon

Watching through the window,
Higher and higher;
I'm climbing through the cloud,
Radio noises over my ear,
Watching from the spaceship.

Space rocks floating,
Maneuvering through,
Off gravity;
My body floats off,
I feel free inside the space suit.

The silence kicks in,
Thrust sounds is all I can hear,
The blue earth in the rear,
The lost boy from Africa.

Gaining speed,
Across the solar,
I can see Venus,
Beauty of a god,
Steady in her orbit.

Yellow rays hit my eyes,
In the vast darkness,
Of space rock -
And space dirt,
I'm just a traveller.

Taking notes to the galaxy,
I found my peace,
Atleast half of it in a minute.
Watching the sun and the moon,
Found my home between the two.

The dark and the light,
The tainted light of moon magic,
The great yellow autophagic,
Cleansing deep from within,
Renewing me from this hollow.

I found my peace,
Understanding the space magic,
Dark and light can coexist,
Light controls the dark;
Dark let's the light shine from a far.

Headed to the furthest galaxy,
To explore and to understand.
Hope I make it to Andromeda.
