Like promised, Dora walks into the Garrison at four pm, seeing Tommy already inside, drinking a glass of whisky.

"Ah, Dora, there you are." Greets Tommy the woman, when she enters. She looks around the pub seeing it empty. takes off her coat and puts it over a chair, before she walks to Tommy, sitting at the counter.

"Would you mind getting a second glass?" Asks Tommy gesturing behind the bar. Dora rolls her eyes looking at him curious, before walking behind the bar getting another glass. She walks with the glass to stand opposites Tommy, behind the bar, putting the glass down. Tommy lifts the bttle of whisky off the counter an fulls her galss up.

He holds up his glass then, and Dora follows his example.

"Can you make a toast?" Asks Tommy looking into Dora's eyes. The brunette smirks. "I'm from the streets, of course I can."

She raises her glass a bit higher. "May you be in heaven a full half hour, before the devil knows you're dead."

Tommy smirks and the both of the take a sip.

"What are we celebrating?" Tommy holds up a piece of paper. "Contract of employment."

Dorothy raises an eyebrow teasingly. "So, officially now?"

"Yes, welcome to Shelby Brothers Limited, Miss Harris." Smiles Tommy softly.

"Limited, eh?" Smiles the woman amused.

"I don't like that word 'limeted'. I don't like being limited." Confesses Tommy, taking a drag from the cigarette in his hand.

Dora nods understanding looking through the shelves behind the bar. She's never been behind the counter, just in front of it. A green champange bottle catches her eye, she pulls it from underneath the counter and shows it to Tommy.

"Huh, for celebration." Tommy grabs the bottle from her hands, looking at the label.

"Aren't you going to open it?" Aks Dorothy interested. Tommy shalkes his head and puts the bottle on the counter. "No. Save it. For special occasions."

Dorothy nods and puts the bottle back in its original spot.

"Right, your first official job for the company. I want you to get this to Ada." He puts a piece of paper in front of her on the counter.

"So you're not seeing her either?" Asks Dora, remembering not seeing Ada in quite some time.

"No one does. She is hiding from me." Starts Tommy explaining. "I am told that she goes to a bathhouse on Montague Street. On woman only days. She goes in disguise, so I need to get someone inside."

"What is this anyways?" She lifts the piece of paper, holding it up questioning.

"An invitation, to John's wedding." Answers Tommy.

Dora's eyes widen. "John's wedding?"

Tommy nods taking another drag from his cigarette. "Yes, you are invited as well. Just tell Ada to be there, tell her there will be a truce."

Dora nods at the man. "Of course I come and I will tell her, I just didn't think that he'll really marry Lizzy Stark."

Tommy shakes his head. "No, not Lizzy. She hasn't changed, I proved it. He's going to marry a Lee girl."

"Wait hold on. How did you prove that Lizzy didn't change, wait did - did you..." Dora doesn't dare to finish her sentence, but Tommy doesn't let her anyways.

"No, no, of course not. I wouldn't do that. I asked her if we could relive memories one last time, before she walks of with John, so I put money down and she took it, but as soon as she did I told her to get out."

Dorothy's expression doesn't really calms down. "Why would you do that? Are you bloody kidding me."

Tommy looks at the brunette confused, as to why she is reacting in the way she does. Dora closes her eyes after seeing his confused expression.

"You don't get it do you? I mean I know that she didn't change, but did you think about the fact that maybe she did it, because she needed the money. I am not saying that she's changed completly, but maybe there is a part in her that would have done it because she wanted to make money that she could take home, to John. And why would you think doing a thing like that would be alright... but it doesn't matter now." Exclaims Dora and sighs.

"It's over with them now, so don't bother trying to defend Lizzy." Waves Tommy the woman off.

"Oh, and what is going on with you, why are you marrying John of to a Lee. I though you were at war with them." Continues Dorothy calmer than a few seconds ago. She didn't agree with John's and Lizzy's relationship in the first place, but she wanted the man to be happy and if Lizzy was giving him that happiness, than she wouldn't interfere.

"We are, but with John marrying one of their own, that'll make them our kin, and we don't fight our kin. They also can help us with taking down Kimber."

Dora nods calming down a bit more, she runs a hand through her hair, and meets Tommy's eyes.

"Am I delivering bait for a trap." Dora changes the topic quickly back to the original topic, not wanting to create a fight. She points at the paper in front of them.

"Just give her the invitation." Tells Tommy her not wanting to start a fight either. Dorothy nods and walks back round the bar. She grabs the paper from next to Tommy with the invitation and walks to her coat, demonstratively she glances at him while putting it inside her cat pocket.

"You're acting like a child." Comments Tommy amused, while watching her. Dora rolls her eyes. "Your fault."

Tommy smirks and grabs his coat from another chair. "Just deliver it to her."

He puts on his coat, then walks to Dorothy who stands next to her coat with crossed arms. He puts his hand on her shoulders, kisses her forehead and lifts her chin. "See you, love."

The woman watches Tommy walks out of the door before sighning. Dora wipes her face and puts her coat on. Then walking out of the front door into the coldness of Small Heath.
