As if could rebel on my father's choice, it was to avoid war anyways was what I kept to excuse myself. My mind was in scrambles as I cried on my bed, I was just a 14-year-old girl naive and foolish that had as many delusions as can be. It was no use asking why to only myself...

To take the ceremonial vow I went to the Royal Palace with my parents who was lavishly dressed in gems and gold. The huge door I stood in front, I wondered if the other side of the door was where the little happiness of mine ended. Though I was still in Okeara Kingdom it felt like I was restrained. Would anything change if I went to Etheledo Kingdom.

The knights that stood beside opened the huge door, the sunlight that came from the translucent windows blinded me as I glanced around the dignified throne room. My mother stood on the right and my Father stood on the left, they smiled as I walked.

"Lady Deanna Marple you are now formally announced as the fiance of Etheledo Kingdom's second prince"

I bowed down as the High Priest began to bless me with purification water. I stood up and looked at the Kings eyes.

"I will now be... the second prince fiance" was my last words as I departed to Etheledo Kingdom.

It would probably take 4 days until I arrive to Etheledo Kingdom, so then was left to me was to read books and practice new types of courtesy. It wasn't so long until I arrived, I opened the window to the carriage as the fresh wind caressed my skin, my hair danced to the breeze.

This place was beautiful. White flowers surrounded the outer gates of the Kingdom and people from neighboring Kingdom's would come in different carriages. Elves that had staffs with them was also there as I could see.

A coexisting Kingdom with different species, this place... is a pleasing place to stay in was what I decided. The carriage stopped as we were near the second gates near the Palace. My head was sticking out the window like a mole from the ground. It seemed like a inspection was occurring. After the short inspection we arrived in the inner palace.

"Lady Deanna Marple of Okeara Kingdom has arrived"

Everything around the palace was very new to me... after arriving in the palace I met the second prince who was one year older than me and had obsidian like hair his eyes sparkled in hazel and he had a unique but attractive little mole on his left cheek.

"I am Liam Rehael Forbes, second prince of Etheledo Kingdom"

"huh?!"

My shocked face caused confusion to the people including the prince who stood in front of me. Their face was clearly saying 'what's wrong?'. It was new to me that they would casually say their middle names loudly and to a person just a fiance. It is a well known tradition in our country that a middle name is very holy, you could not say it out loud and to a mere fiance. Middle names are the proof of a solid bond.

"I- I am Deanna Marple, Daughter of Duke Christian of Okeara Kingdom"

An awfully awkward first meeting with my fiance was what I now called it.

Was this chapter short? Lol I'm sorry if so. I didn't want to ruin the mysterious end of a chapter and so I just ended it off so you guys would be curious as to what will happen next. :3

-----> Ceremonial Vow's are tradition in Okeara Kingdom that would be performed when a woman of high nobility gets engaged/married.

------> Middle Names in Okeara Kingdom is traditionally know as Holy Names, they cant be said out loud thus is not added when being introduced. Middle names can only be said to another person when they are already married (being engaged does not count).
