" I don't think he's coming, dear." " Stop it Ed, he's coming." " No, he doesn't need us anymore. I just have to remember that. Uh, write it down for me, would ya?" "Oh, dear. Lights, dear. It's getting dark." "Right, heh. Thanks, sugarplum." 

The young boy, Lloyd Garmadon, walked into a graveyard holding only a flashlight and a map. " It's not scary. Um, maybe just a little, but I like scary. Yeah, that's it. I'm the son of the Dark Lord. I love the dark. I eat this stuff for breakfast!" Lloyd encouraged himself but he screamed seeing a tree. " I'm gonna make those Hypnobrai pay for betraying me. I have to find the Fangpyres. If there's anything a snake doesn't like, it's another snake. Here, by the mutated tree. I found it! " Lloyd grunted, moving away dirt and dust looking around for a button. "Soon, the Serpentine will know who their master is, and it will be I, Lloyd Garmadon! " Lloyd screamed as lightning flashed. He bent down and pressed a button, unlocking the Fangpyre.

Lloyd yelled in fear as serpentine jumped out of the hole. " And who-" " -May I say released us-" " -From our captivity?" Fangtom hissed, looking at Lloyd. " Uh, Lloyd? I released you to make the Hypnobrai pay for betraying me!" " The hypnobrai?" " Those hypnotizing deceiversss." "It'll be-" " -Our pleasure," Fangtom said, each head finishing the other's sentence. "Oh, good. I'll lead the way. Then after that, there's some ninja I want dealt with." Lloyd smirked. " Sssounds like-" " -You know-" " -What you want." " But the Hypnobrai are sstrong." " And we are few in numbersss." " We need-" " -Reinforcementsss!" "What did you have in mind?" Lloyd questioned as fangtom hissed at the rest of the Fangpyre. 

Ed parked his car against some tires. " Home sweet home!" Ed said to his wife as he got out, grabbing a toolbox and walking to his invention. " And back to the grind." "h, sweetie. You've been working on that thing day and night." Edna walked to the trailer. " Well, you never know when Jay may show up." " Oh, you're right! You never know." She walked inside and shut the door. Ed started to work but he heard footsteps. " Uh Edna, was that you?" Edna opened the door and called back, " What, Ed!? Are you hearing things again!?" "Uh, you uh, you turned on the security alarm before you left, didn't ya, hun?" Ed questioned. Edna walked out to check on the alarm but nothing happened. " Uh, must be broken." All the power suddenly went out. " Whoever's there, my son knows Spinjitzu!" Ed threatened. A Fanpyre hissed. "What is it, Ed? Oh, why are the lights out?" " Call Jay hun! Someone's broken in!"  " How about we wait until he calls you!" Lloyd laughed evilly as he held up a broken phone. " Ed," Edna stayed close to her husband. " Be strong Edna, I won't let them hurt you." The couple looked up at Lloyd and Fangtom as the snake started to speak. " If we plan-" " - to attack-" " -the hypnobrai-" " -we'll need to grow-" " -our army." " And uh.... How do we do that?" Lloyd asked. "Let's just ssay-" " -we Fangpyre bite off more-" " -than we can chew." " Have at it boysss!!"  Fangpyre all around them started to bite Ed's inventions. " My creations! They are turning them into-" "An army?" " You are correct." " But we can also-" "- turn people too." Fangpyre surrounded the couple as they held each other.

Jay was working on his button as Kai and Zane walked by. "Sure got a lot of junk piling up. If only there was a place we could get rid of it." Kai told the white ninja though it was targeted at Jay. " If you don't mind, I'm trying to focus." " Kai you right, we do have a lot of stuff. It would be awesome if we could get rid of it somewhere" I said looking at Jay. "Hi, Mom and Dad. Of course, I'd love to visit. What kind of son would I be if I didn't want to?" Cole pretended to be on the phone. "  Heheheheh. I know what you're trying to do. Okay, look, I might have promised to visit my parents, but there's a lot of stuff on my plate." Jay stood up looking at us. I gave Jay a look,  Boy you barely have anything going on. Shut up and go see your parents. Nya walked into the room and Jay wiped away the oil on his face. " Hehe, hi Nya." " You gonna visit your parents today?" She asked the blue man. " Uh, sure am. Just about to leave!" " Tell them I say hi." Nya smiled as we all looked at Jay, judging him. " What? So my plate's not that full."
