Thursday night, the night the champions would be chosen. Fred and George were back to their normal selves, as Rosalie continued to poke fun at them. They took it all with grins on their faces.

"Sit down please." Dumbledore ordered, watching as everyone took their seats. "And now the moment you've all been waiting for, the champions selection!" Dumbledore exclaims as he approaches the blue flame, and it glows red. A name comes out. Everyone looks on anxiously.

"The Durmstrang champion is..." He starts as he unfolds the note. "Viktor Krum!"

The boys who sit with the Slytherins cheer loudly for their friend, as he grins. Krum makes his way waving to everyone. Before going behind the door.

Then another name comes out. "The champion from Beauxbatons..." Dumbledore says also unfolding the note. "Fleur Delacour!" Dumbledore cries out as the Beauxbatons girls cheer as Fleur walks up. Another name comes out.

"The Hogwarts champion... Cedric Diggory."

Everyone in Hogwarts cheer as Cedric takes the stage. Waving at everyone before leaving the room.

"Excellent! we now have our three champions! But in the end only one will go down in history. Only one will hoist this chalice of champions, this vessel of victory the tri-wizard cup!" Dumbledore exclaims, people cheer, but the goblet glows red once more and another name flies out. Dumbledore takes it and reads...

"Rosalie Potter. Rosalie Potter?" Dumbledore questions.

While Rosalie sits in shock. "Fuck off!" She cries. Fred and George look to her with fear.

"Rosalie Potter!" Dumbledore cries. Staring the girl down with a gleam in his eyes.

"No!" Rosalie says, refusing to stand. "It can take my fucking magic for all I care." She says shaking her head. "I wanted one normal year! That's all I bloody wanted!"

"Rose, go on." Fred whispered. She looked to him with wide eyes.

"Rose, you should do it." George said with a grin.

"Um excuse me, but I could die in this!" Rosalie cried. "I'm also going up against others who have learnt more then me."

"We know but remember, you're a werewolf, vampire, witch hybrid." George stated.

"With Death on her side." Fred said next. The wo quietly look at her as she looks between them.

"But I just wanna have a nice normal year." She whimpered before standing. She makes her way down the hall with tears in her eyes. "Is there anyway I can get out of this?" She asked McGonagall as she stopped in front of her.

"Oh, sweetheart." McGonagall whispers. Her eyes filling with tears as she looks at the broken fourteen year old.

"You cheat!" Someone cries out. Rosalie looks behind her before taking her wand out.

"I Rosalie Nikki Potter hear by swear on my magic that I did not put my name in the goblet of fire and swear that I had no intention of wanting to be in the game, so mote it be." Rosalie says, not letting anyone stop her. McGonagall watched in horror as the promise enacted.

"Lumos." Rosalie calls out moving her hand in the motion performing the spell. Showing she had no intentions of joining the game. "Now that we've cleared that, you'll be hearing from my attorney!" Rosalie cried out as she went to where the other champions were. "Including my family!" She called back as she went down the stairs.

Inside the room Rosalie is using the mirror that Sirius gave her to talk with the family and telling them what had happened. Before long, the professors come in.

"Rosalie? Did you put your name in the goblet of fire?" Dumbledore asked calmly.

"Excuse me, someone interrupting me." Rosalie said to her father before looking at Dumbledore. "If you don't mind sir, I'm speaking with my family about getting me out of this." Rosalie hissed before turning away. "So?" Rosalie asked looking at her family.

"I'm sorry pup," Sirius whispered. Rosalie bit her lip, her emotions running high. Tom still wasn't fully healed and was very much what she needed.

"I'm gonna die." She whispered.

"Sweetheart," Niklaus whispered trying to calm his daughter.

"Excuse me, who are you?" Dumbledore asked catching her father's attention.

Niklaus looked to him with anger before speaking up. "Say another word and I'll tear out your liver." Niklaus growled.

Dumbledore looked in shock at the man. Quickly snatching the mirror from Rosalie he threw it to the ground. Everyone in the room looked on in shock. "You, you meddlesome old fool!" Rosalie cried out as she tried to fix the mirror. "Why would you do that!" She screamed.

"He is not a man you should be surrounding yourself with Miss Potter." Dumbledore stated.

"Oh, give the grandpa act a ret would you, I haven't looked at you like that ever!" She cried standing up. "I've been playing you this whole time!" She screamed. "Did any of you know that he kept sending me to my aunt and uncle to be beaten and put through pain so that when I came hear I would soak up the love and attention from him! Did you!" Rosalie screeched. Her yelling was so loud that the twins had heard and managed to barrel in before grabbing Rosalie and holding her.

Trying to stop her from shifting.

"You should back off now sir." George said as Fred took over in consoling the crying girl. "All of you should back off."

McGonagall looked on before stepping forward and using her wand to rebuild the mirror. She held the object as it started to swirl before the same man appeared. "Where is she!" The man growled as his brothers and sister tried to hold him.

"She's here." McGonagall stated as she handed the object to the girl.

"Thank you, Professor." Fred said, as Rosalie went to the corner and spoke to her family. The girl rubbing her eyes of the tears. McGonagall smiled, as she watched the smile appear on the young girls face as the man on the other side whispered calming words to her.

"Professor Dumbledore, I think we should leave her be." McGonagall stated before leaving the girl alone, as Fred and George continued talking with the young girl. Holding her as the man whispered sweet words.

"Well the girl is obviously lying." Madame Maxim states as she watches the three students.

"The hell she is. The goblet of fire is an exceptionally powerful magical object, only an exceptionally powerful conjurer could have hoodwinked it. Magic way beyond the talents of a fourth year." Moody grunts out. "She also performed the spell that showed she wasn't lying."

"You seem to have given this a fair bit of thought Mad-Eye." Igor states.

"It was once my job to think as dark wizards do Karkaroff perhaps you remember?" Moody responded, a clear look in his eye.

"That doesn't help Alastor. Leave this to you Barty." Dumbledore sighed as he looked to Barty. Rosalie now places her mirror away. Keeping it close so that Dumbledore couldn't take it from her.

"The rules are absolute; the goblet of fire constitutes a binding magical contract. Miss Potter has no choice, she is as of tonight... a tri-wizards champion." Barty states. But he looks at the girl to see her eyes were hard.

"Maybe we shouldn't make it so absolute, next time." She whispered before leaving the room, the twins right behind her.
