With another full moon gone and dusted Rosalie stiffly moved around. She had managed to find Remus and help him with his transformation. He wasn't as injured, but she did have to make him submit.

That's what her dad wrote to her. So she did. Moony now looked to her. She was Alpha the leader. She was completely exhausted as she placed herself in her chair for defence having ignored the new portrait. She didn't even care as Snape walks into the classroom and pulls down a screen over the blackboard, turns facing everyone. "Turn to page 394." He drones.

As the students eye Snape with guarded curiosity, Malfoy finishes scrawling something on a bit of parchment and balls it up in his hands. As he opens them, a moth flutters from his palms.

"Excuse me, sir, but... where's Professor Lupin?" Ronald asked.

"That's not really your concern, is it, Weasley? Suffice it to say, your Professor finds himself incapable of teaching at the present time. Page 394." He finished.

Snape waves the moth away, blows out a candle and a slide show begins. An ancient woodcut of a horrific beast flickers at the front of the room. Ronald frowns down at his book.

"Werewolves?" Ronald questions. Rosalie instantly sits up.

"But, sir, we've only just begun learning about Red Caps and Hinkypunks. We're not meant to start nocturnal beasts for weeks..." Hermione starts.

"Quiet!" Snape snaps. "Now. Which of you can tell me the difference between an Animagus and a werewolf?" Snape asks. The class stares mutely at a slide of an attacking werewolf, Hermione waiting desperately for someone to respond to Snape's question, the moth flutters by Rosalie.

With a fast reaction she catches the parchment. She pays it no mind as she crushes it. No doubt it is about the match. But Rosalie had chosen not to play any longer.

"No one? How... disappointing." Snape starts but Rosalie speaks up.

"Please, sir, an Animagus is a wizard who elects to turn into an animal. A werewolf has no choice in the matter. Furthermore, the werewolf actively hunts humans and responds only to the call of its own kind..." Rosalie states. Malfoy lets out a low howl. Rosalie scoffs.

"Quiet, Malfoy!" Snape shouts. The boy going silent. "Correct Miss. Potter. But try not to speak without being called on. As an antidote to your ignorance, I prescribe two rolls of parchment on the werewolf by Monday morning, with particular emphasis placed on recognizing it." Snape starts.

When the game day came, Rosalie elected to stay inside. She didn't feel the need to go out in the rain. She had homework. So she stayed in. Suddenly she heard the screams of terror. Using her vamp speed she was out in the rain seeing the Dementors attacking the students.

Pulling her wand out, the one she had gotten from Death, she called out. "Expecto Patronum!" With a bright flash a giant wolf appeared in the field. The wolf jumped over and into the field letting out a loud resounding howl before using it's jaw to slam shut onto the Dementors.

Students rushed past her as she hurried them along. A Dementor soon floated down. She growled loudly. "Get back!" She shouted. The creature shook wildly before flying away as her wolf came to her side and grew even bigger.

Towering over the Quidditch Pitch. The wolf walked above the students. Rosalie hiding herself among the others. She quickly placed her second wand away and ran from the area as everyone was too busy to notice her. Her wolf disappearing as she did too.

The next morning Remus was looking at Rosalie with a stern expression on his face. He had known straight away it was the girl in front of him that had cast the seventh year spell, how she had learnt it he had no idea. And he didn't need to know that it had been her mate that had shown her where to find the information she needed to fight even more against the Dementors.

"You're lucky no one figured out it was you that cast the Patronus." Remus started looking at the girl.

Rosalie let a slight laugh leave her lips as she rubbed her neck. "I know but, I had to do something." She said as they walked along the edge of the Black Lake. Rosalie smiles as she sees Hedwig free of her traces. As she soars into the sky, Rosalie, and Remus watch from the lake's edge.

"They don't affect me so, I thought it would be a good idea to try." Rosalie stated as she sat next to Remus. The pair looking over the lake.

"Which has me wondering, but I believe it has something to do with the whole thing of what you are once more." Remus answered. Rosalie turns, studies Remus's haggard face. A weary smile appears as Hedwig's reflection glides over Remus's irises. "Beautiful..." Remus whispers as Rosalie looks up, watches Hedwig pinwheel through the blue sky.

Rosalie's eyes soon saddened as she remembered she was being forced to stay at the school during the holidays. She had said she was going home but Dumbledore overruled her. She sneered at the mans name.

"What is it Rosalie?" Remus asked hearing the growl.

"I'm being forced to stay here for the holidays, even after I had shown proof that I was going home." Rosalie sighed. "What the old coot doesn't know is I know what he's done." Rosalie growled her eyes going gold, veins on her face as she stalked forward and punched a tree.

The big oak falling over and crashing into the Black Lake. "What do you mean Rosalie?" Remus asked hearing the violent tone in her voice.

Rosalie turned and pulled out the inheritance test. She showed him the parchment and he quickly read over it. A growl ripping through his chest as Moony came through. "That bastard!" Moony growled, Moony now fully out as he wrapped his arms around Rosalie. "No one touches Alpha cub!" Moony cried as he gripped her tight.

Rosalie quickly crooned softly to the raging wolf allowing Remus to come back. "I promise I'll keep you safe Rosalie. I promise." Remus whispered as he held her.

Rosalie nodded softly and let him hold her. Her eyes shinning happily and then a vicious gleam settled.

Oh, she thought. Oh the game is now turning in my favour.
