Days were passing happily. One afternoon after listening the story of marriage of Lord Shiva and Goddess Sati, Rohini urged to play an indoor game. Keeping her wish Kanha went to call Vasudev, Devaki and Ugrasen who had come to Dwarka on a occasional visit.
"We will all sit in a circle. One player having a piece of cloth in hand will start the game. Every one has to close their eyes. The player will drop the piece of cloth behind anyone," Kanha started to explain the idea of Game.
"The player behind whose the cloth piece is dropped he/she has to recognize it before the dropper completes his/her another round. Otherwise the loser has to pick a chit, and has to complete the task given in it," Dau followed Kanha explaining the later part.
"But Bal, you didn't tell what will happen if the player recognizes the dropping of cloth piece in time!" Devaki asked the point which dau skipped in explanation.
"If it happens then the dropper will be out," Dau replied cheerfully.
The game started. At first Vasudev came, and dropped cloth piece behind Devaki. She didn't realize it.
"Mata, pick the chit," After listening dau Devaki came to know that she was the first one who got trapped.
"Mata, which task you got?" Kanha asked childishly.
"To do one of Kanha's activity," Devaki told with an expression like she was facing difficulties to chose one among many.
"Then go ahead," Rohini told in an excited voice like a show was going to start.
"But with whom will I do this activity?" Devaki asked making dau terrified the most while Kanha was trying to suppress his laugh.
"Do with arya. Because of him you got trapped," Rohini provided the solution making dau relieved.
Vasudev came. Devaki asked him to close his eyes. Then she brought a pot full of water, placed it on his head, and broke it with catapult. Vasudev got drenched, and everyone bursted into laughing.
Game proceeded. Kanha came, and dropped the cloth piece behind Rohini. But Rohini realized it, and Kanha became out.
"Kanha, our ladli made you out," Dau laughed loudly.
"Don't be so happy, Dau. Think what will she do with you?" Kanha warned him with a playful smile.
Then Ugrasen came, and dropped the cloth piece behind Vasudev. Vasudev didn't realize it.
"Pitashri! Proceed," Vasudev was having a look like,"Is it me, really?"
"My task is to swing rohini for thirty times," Vasudev took a deep breath to make himself prepare after reading the chit.
Then Rohini came, and sit on swing. Vasudev started swinging. After completion of his task he became tired, and made his way to nearby couch.
Then Rohini dropped the cloth piece behind dau. He also didn't realize it.
"Dau, Go!" Kanha shouted cheering the opportunity.
"My task is to walk with three pots on head," Dau thanked his fate that he had to do that task with empty pots.
"Dau, Start!" Kanha cheered for dau again in a loud voice.
Dau was walking with three pots on his head managing his each step. He was performing well. That's why he teased Kanha through eyes. In between that he lost his balance. Every one laughed uncontrollably.
Only Rohini and Ugrasen was left then.
"Now how the game will proceed?" Devaki asked in confusion.
"Dau and I have one one chit in our hands. Mata will go to dau, and nana ji will come to me, and chose one of our hands. Then we will proceed," Kanha suggested the way to go ahead.
Rohini touched dau's left hand, and there was no chit in that. But Ugrasen touched Kanha's right hand, and got trapped.
"Nanu! What you got?" Dau asked curiosity.
"To become statue for five minutes," Ugrasen told getting into action quickly.
Ugrasen started acting as a statue. But at that time a maid came, and started sprinkling rose water. Some drops fall on him, and he sneezed.
"So, our ladli is the winner of this game," Kanha announced happily.
"True, Kanha!" Dau supported him.
"No, it's me," Rohini complained with a pout making everyone laugh. Later she too joined them.
