Shadow work

The shadow is the hidden self of the human psyche. It's where all those hidden, repressed parts of yourself, including traumas, are stored. Shadow work is about tapping into the deepest depths of your being, and healing those broken, damaged pieces by experiencing them and letting them go.

   You should also know that the shadow doesn't only refers to the darker parts of our nature, but it also contains our golden selves that we're finding too risky to manifest.

My opinion is that shadow work is one of the best practices when it comes to remembering and experiencing who we truly are. It's my favorite practice when it comes to healing thyself. We explore our most hidden and pushed away parts of ourselves in order to pick up our full potential and healing ourselves, step by step.

   Embrace your darkness just like you'd embrace the light. Yin and Yang work together to bring harmony.
Denying your darkness is denying a part of yourself.
