It was now after school and Soomin waited outside with Jaemin and Jeno.

"Looking for little Renjunnie?" Jaemin teased and Soomin rolled her eyes with a smile before nodding.

"We're going on a date." She said and Jeno and Jaemin began 'ooo'ing.

"Dont get pregnant." Jeno said and Soomin and Jaemin scoffed.

"He shall no longer touch you like that. It's my rule as your new older brother." Jaemin said.

"I'm just living with you. You're still my best friend in my eyes, Na." Soomin said and Jaemin pouted.

"Well not in mine. I'm older and you have to listen to me. I declare you my younger sister." He said and Soomin just playfully rolled her eyes.

"Bae Soomin!" Someone shouted from behind and Soomin sighed, muttering a quick "fuck" under her breath.

"What?" She bluntly asked Misun who approached.

"Where the hell are you living at right now? How are you even still doing well?" Misun asked, somewhat pissed that her stepsister wasn't in pain like she thought she was. All Soomin could do was laugh a bit.

"It doesn't really matter. I don't have to tell you that." She said and Misun scoffed.

"Yes you do. Your dad wants to know and he asked me to ask you." She said and Soomin just furrowed her brows.

"What dad? I don't have a dad. Do you mean your dad? Youngho?" Soomin asked with a fake confused expression and Misun felt fury build inside her while Jaemin and Jeno stifled a laugh. Misun suddenly saw Renjun approaching and waved rapidly, entire mood shifting.

"Hi Renjun!" She said but her expression dropped when she saw him kiss Soomin's cheek and wrap an arm around her waist.

"Hey baby. You ready?" He asked, completely disregarding the girl standing there and Jaemin and Jeno cringed a bit.

"Yes I am." She replied and looked back at Misun which Renjun did the same.

"Oh hey. Didnt see you." Renjun told the taller girl who simply fumed and walked away, face growing red from anger and Soomin burst out laughing.

"Good one, Huang." She said between her laughs and Renjun smiled, enjoying the sounds of her laughter.

"Okay, we're gonna go now. I'll see you at the house, Na." She said, giving him and Jeno a quick hug.

"Dont get her pregnant, Renjun!" Jeno shouted as they watched them walk away and Jaemin hit his shoulder, making the couple laugh again.

"So where we heading?" Soomin asked as they walked hand in hand.

"This may sound cliché but an arcade. It has this like retro vibe to it and isn't very known so I thought it'd be a good place to take you. Plus, you and I are both people who don't like to lose so we can have a tiny competition. Loser takes the other shopping or something." He said and a wide grin spread on her face when she heard that the loser takes the other shopping.

"You're on, Huang. I may like you but I'll be sure to win." She said and Renjun laughed a bit.

"Aww my little Bae is already so cocky. We'll see your little cockiness go down in that arcade when I win." He said and stopped in front of a place before opening the door and letting her in.

Soomin stared at the place in awe, enjoying the vibe that the place withheld and Renjun exchanged a few dollars for some coins before walking to Soomin who stood in front of a zombie shooting game.
