ANOTHER STORY ANOTHER TIME

CHAPTER THIRTY ONE * TRUTHS UNRAVELING

November 27th, 2019

The restaurant was busy, it was the night before Thanksgiving. Stiles had invited all of Liam's friends to a dinner to celebrate his graduation from Basic Training, but he had made it seem like there was going to be just the four of them. It took him all day to get things prepared. The plan was to get Liam and Alec with him and Michael for a private dinner. During the charade dinner he was going to ask that Alec and Liam move into the boat house with them. He had also planned on making sure that Ethan and Jackson staying until the main house was done was okay with them.

Stiles was seated at the table making sure that everyone was set, as he watched Michael walk through the door with both Liam and Alec. He was so happy to Liam that he jumped up and rushed across the room to his old friend. Their hug was a long lasting one, Stiles could feel the happiness and relief flowing off his best friend. Once he greeted his brother the four men sat down at the table. 

"So now that your home and we are all together, I would like to ask the two of you something." Liam started to get his old, scared puppy dog face look, and Stiles wanted to ask quickly. "The boat house is finally finished, and we were wondering if you two would like to move yourself and the twins in with us. I mean there is plenty of room, plus the twins will have their own room, for you guys to have privacy." Liams eyes brightened up, and Alec could feel his happiness.

"I'm sure I can speak for us all, yes." Alec quickly answered, as Liam hugged him." Michael looked at Stiles with his 'Are you forgetting something look?' Stiles looked at the two men,

"I was wondering if would be okay to ask Ethan and Jackson as well, until the main house is done, and we all move in there." But before they could get a defining 'Yes" the wait staff pretended that they needed the table the four men were at and asked if they would move to another table, that is when they walked in the private dining room for the surprise. 

The entire room erupted with the one word most people dreed to hear. "Suprise" Liam found himself quickly surrounded by over twenty of his friends and acquaintances.

"And you didn't use any wolf powers at all?" Liam grinned as he glanced at Stiles,

 "Nope, I mean no Sergeant.." But before he could finish his sentence,

 "Ok, ok, Liam only if there is another official military presence around do you call me Sergeant, well Sergeant First Class Stilinski." Michael rolled his eyes, 

"Oh, you do love to hear that out loud, don't you?" out of the corner of the room came a deep vocalized voice,

 "We all love to be recognized for job well done, don't we Stilinski." Stiles, Michael, Ethan, Joey, Jacob and Liam all stood at the new arrival. The General walked over to Liam and extended his hand as Liam accepted the manly handshake. 

"Young man you performed exemplary, I have only ever know one other soldier to accomplish the expert qualification skills. And that would be none other than Corporal Perry." Stiles smiled as Alec patted his man on the back. 

"So young man I want to give these to you PFC or I mean Corporal Dunbar." Liam was speechless, he looked at the General and managed to mumble, 

"Thank you, Sir." At that moment the General turned and walked to Corporal Perry, 

"And you young lady have been my right hand for the last few years now, and I should have recognized you and your abilities prior, but as of now you are Sergeant Josephine Perry, and you will be Sergeant First Class Stilinski's right hand from this day forward." Again, the General had left one of his soldiers speechless. He turned to Stiles,
