End Notice + Extras

Phew that took over six months to write, and its finally concluded. Thank you for the ones that stuck all the way since the beginning. I know a couple of you were saddened by me turning Alex "Evil" but hey its just an AU!

Heres some Q+A since I'm sure I didn't clarify enough last chapter. 

1. What's up with the Knife Earrings? 

It was an idea designed by anxiousas_alex and it was just made cannon lol. So was the knee high boots, even though I really didn't go into description over them. Also, with a new Inside joke, we call them Nife Earrings instead. 

2. Why did Alex's robe grow darker as time passed by?

It's a symbolic metaphor to show that the darker it grows, the less sane he is. 

3. Is that the same with this graying eyesight?

Well the difference here is that every time Alex strayed farther away from his definable characteristics (Like Kindness, Forgiveness, being Selfless ) the grayer his vision got. It was also more metaphorical. Alex knew his vision was graying and kept ignoring it. Think of it as a warning, telling him that to stop his current actions, or his vision will completely go. Of course, Alex never put any thought so by the time the balcony incident happened, he lost it completely. Now he has to live with the consequence of his actions, by never seeing color again. 

4. You ended it too early. We still didn't get to see Alex apologize and fix himself up.

Well what is there to see? I can describe Alex saying sorry but thats about it. I figured I had no reason to continue. 

Fun Facts and Hidden Scenes 

1. The document I wrote this on totaled to over 70 pages!

2. Alex never had the guts to hurt any of this friends even if he believed they never cared. Anytime he threatened his friends, he never stabbed. Infact, all he ever did was lock them up. 

3. The prologue was actually written three months before I posted it. It was a WIP until a friend brought it up and later It became an actual story. 

4. This whole storyline wasn't planned. I wish I did because then I wouldn't have came up with three different plotlines but it actually wasnt. I made up as I wrote this out. 

5. Chapter 5, Simber had told Alex that fleets of Eagala were coming over. Originally I had Sky tell him. Below is the unedited deleted scene:

It was silent for half an hour, mind on paper until he felt a brush of hair on his cheek.

Arm's hugged his waist, and he felt a cheek touch his. "Hey you," It was Sky, smiling back. Alex sighed, and put down his pencil.

"Hey Sky," he greeted, flashing the smallest smile. He was so caught up with everything that he forgot about his friends. He then remembered. None of them supported him. He gently pushed Sky of him, and picked up his pencil. He didnt need someone distracting him right now.

"Whats with the pushy behavior? I just wanted to check on you. It's been quite hectic lately." Sky said, pulling over a chair.

"Yeah I know, though now's not the moment. I'm busy," Alex replied, eyes to his paper.

"What is it that you're working on?" Sky asks, peering forward. Alex quickled closed his notebook shut. He wasnt about to hear another fight if Sky saw what he was doing. "Jeez Alex."

Slightly agitated, Alex replies back "Listen Sky, Im...sorry. Just give me some time." Sky raised an eyebrow and pushed herself out of her seat.

"I guess you don't want to know about Eagala then,"

Alex shifts up, eyes wide. Sky was teasing him, and as much as he didn't want to sound desperate, his curiosity took the best of him. "Wait Sky!" He calls, getting up. Sky turns around, smirking. "What about Eagala?"

"Oh so now you want me around," She said. "Simber flew over and apparently two massive ships are heading our way. Most likely Eagala's."

Alex, got up and shoved the seat back into the table. "She's coming? Now?" Sky nods.

"Well They seem like they'll reach here by Tomorrow morning. I can only assume Eagala is after Lani, Samheed, Crow, and I. But, I'm sure you're not giving us up. I'm just worried about the ships. Who knows what type of damage shes going to inflict." While Sky sounded worried, Alex had a smile growing on his face. He clutched his notebook and ran out the room. "Uh..I'll see you later then!" but Alex was already long gone. 

Remember it's unedited so the grammar and everything sucks. I took this out for two reasons. 1. This is the point I realized I wanted everything platonic and 2. Alex was just with Simber before this scene. So he could honestly just have Simber let him know instead of going this extra mile.

6. There were MANY different storylines. One idea I had planned was that the book was actually going to end during that Eagala Attack. Alex was going to die and the end. But, what changed my mind was that there was a lot more potential to the story and honestly, a bunch of people would've been mad if I killed him, evil or not lol. 

Another included Alex staying in that room for way longer than I wrote. Him staying in that room really just lasted one chapter but I was going to have him there longer. The only reason that I didn't keep it was that I didn't want a redemption arc then. I wanted more Evil Alex. 

There was a few more but I'll just share those two lol
