        "sgeppy?" bad gasped in disbelief. he just arrived at the airport, thinking dream and (y/n) were going to pick him up. 

        skeppy looked over at bad. it took him a moment, but when he finally realized it was the badboyhalo, he dropped his luggage. bad did the same. they ran towards each other and hugged, like a scene in a cliché movie.

        dream was recording the entire thing, and (y/n) didn't even realize it. they were silently dancing in the corner to the lady on the speakers. so dream caught both skeppy and bad's hug, and (y/n) slowly vibing in the background. 

        that was definitely going on twitter.

        "dream, nitram!" bad called, putting on a faux angry face. "you muffinheads, why didn't you tell us?"

        (y/n) answered for dream. "because you guys are pog and surprises are fun to set-up, and— oh, this is a hug." bad went in for a hug, and (y/n) awkwardly hugged back. they never usually got long hugs, nowadays. they didn't know how to feel. was it pogchamp?  

        dream drove the three back to his house with a rental car. deadass, (y/n) and dream were third-wheeling or something. bad and skeppy were unbelievably close. (y/n) was in the front seat because skeppy and bad insisted on sitting right next together. dream and (y/n) kept glancing at each other, like:

        "we're totally third-wheeling, right?"

        "oh, absolutely."

        "good to see we're on the same page."

        "wanna get mcdonald's?"

        "only if you're paying."

        "dream, i am literally a fifteen-year-old illegally hopping countries. do you think i have the money?"

        "yes?"

        "touché."

        "what do you guys want from mcdonald's?" (y/n) asked bad and skeppy.

        dream looked back at (y/n), disbelief present on his face. "wait, you actually understood that?"

        "i understand all." they took the sunglasses from the glovebox and put them on. "don't underestimate my godly powers."
