Chapter 7

Cloud's POV

I wake up in what it seems to be Reno's house. My body is still in pain by how much the stigma hurt . I look over and see that Tifa still hasn't woken up yet . Then I see that Lucina is sitting on the chair by the window .

"Lucina?"

"Cloud! You're awake. Finally, I thought you never was."

"Well I'm glad I did." I get out of bed and sit next to the chair beside Lucina amd look out the window with her. 'Zack what should I say?'

'Just make conversation with her and don't say how you feel until you know she feels the same way.'

'Thanks.'

"Lucina , you have no idea how grateful I am for meeting you . You're such a kind and gentle person." Hopefully that's good enough.

"Thank you. I feel the same way towards you but you can be aggressive if you know what I mean."

"I know. The fighting and what not. Took over my life basically."

"How? I never seen someone fight so much ."

"Let's just say that something happened in my life that made me keep fighting."

"Like what?"

I dont wanna tell her... But I need to.

"Well, an evil person named Sepheroth decided to take over the planet . But me and my squad beat his ass . He's gone now but Kadaj's gang is trying to revive him. I won't let that happen."

"But how does that take over your life of fighting?"

"More and more corruption has built up since Kadaj has been around . And there was a time when it was just fighting here in Midgar. Then the lifestream came and wiped away all of the fighting. Kadaj is trying to bring back the fighting."

"I understand now. But it can't be just about fighting your entire life. There has to be another way to solve this."

"No, there isn't. Sepheroth can come back any second and destroy us all. Everyone , but me."

"Cocky aren't you?"

"I'm the only one who can defeat him because I have the strength to." Right as I said that Lucina started receiving a sharp pain in her head . "Lucina? What happened??"

Lucina's POV

"Lucina? What happened??"

I start getting a vision of why Cloud is so different from the normal human . I black out and my vision is blurred.

~~~~~~~Moments Later~~~~~~~~~

I am sent back to where I'm from , Grand Gaia. Why am I here ? I wanna be with Cloud ! All of a sudden I see a bright light in front of me . God ? Is that you?

"Lucina , it is I . Lucius."

"Oh what a surprise seeing you here!"

"You aren't in Grand Gaia. I made you receive the pain to bring you back to what you think is home. I needed to tell you about Cloud."

I get more concerned as he says he needs to tell me about Cloud. "What happened with Cloud!"

"As you sensed , Cloud is a different type of human being. He is stronger than the average human. To be exact 100 times stronger . No exaggeration for how strong he is . The reason why is because when he was in S.O.L.D.I.E.R , he was kidnapped along with his bestfriend Zack. They were both experiments . Zack recieved some of the treatment called Mako energy. But he was a failed experiment. Cloud on the other hand wasn't, but the doctor thought he was . After they escaped , Zack had to carry Cloud everywhere since he was in a very weak state and could barely talk to walk. Cloud recieved Mako poisoning and from that day forth , is the strongest person on Earth."

"Woah... But how come I couldn't sense that?"

"Because of how strong he is. His strength is stronger than anyone in Grand Gaia even."

"But what about his dark past?"

"As for I am a God , I couldn't find out about his dark past. It must be because he dosen't let anyone find out. Only his closest friends know. Possibly in the future Cloud will tell you."

"Does Cloud know what happened to him with the Mako poisoning."

"Yes, but he dosent know the power he truly has."

"That's just crazy ."

"I know it is . Lucina you must go back . Cloud is waiting for you."

"And how do I go back?"

"Close your eyes." I close my eyes and feel lightheaded right away. I feel like I'm back to where I currently was until I heard his voice.

"Lucina! Damn it, now I have to wait just to hear her voice again. Just looking at her, the beauty in her face is just...amazing." Woah. Cloud said that about me . Perfect timing for me to hear that . It's really cute how he said that. I open up my eyes and see him looking at me.

"Lucina!! Finally you're back!"

"How long did I black out for?"

"Like almost an hour."

"It didn't feel like it."

"So what happened when you blacked out?" As he said that Reno comes bursting through the door, surprisingly waking up Tifa.

"Did you find them?" Says Tifa

"No sadly." Says Reno

"Where are they?"Says Cloud

"At their base. The Forgotten City. Kadaj's gang has them,"says Rude

A few seconds later Cloud says,"Go." I look at Cloud in shock as he said that. Why doesn't he go?

"Stop running! You think you got it so damn hard but you don't! You need to get over this one way or another but for fuck's sake, get over it! Yeah , you don't ever call, but I don't see you throwing away your phone either." Says Tifa

"You don't get it Tifa ! I'm not fit to help anyone. Not my family,my friends. No one. Have you ever experienced something like that in your life . Two fucking deaths in a row? I guess you haven't." Says Cloud

"Yes , I have experienced two deaths in a row. My father and Aerith. Now review what you just said and get a grip."

"Does it hurt when your bestfriend you have know for 7 years dies because of gun shots? Does it hurt when the person you used to be in love with dies right in front of you and your under control of fucking Sepheroth? Have you ever felt that shit?"

"Look I'm sorry Cloud , but it's the truth. No in haven't felt that , but that was 2 years ago. Please Cloud , just get over it."

"Why don't you go?" Says Reno. Cloud stands up and motions me to come with him. That was a pretty heated argument between him and Tifa. I'm just in shock that Cloud was in love with Aerith. Wow ... That must suck ass. Me and Cloud get downstairs and go outside . We get on his motorcycle and head off. Cloud doesn't speak for the entire ride we get there until he says,"If anything happens to us , I just wanna tell you that... I have feelings for you. I know we just met but... It's the truth."
